Grand Valley Golf Course

About
Located in Cambridge, Grand Valley Golf Course has become an area favorite since opening in 1982. Each of the 18 holes has its own unique character that combine to offer something for every golfer. The front nine of the course features narrow, tree-lined fairways and challenging greens that are difficult to read. Right away, golfers are forced to choose accuracy over distance since straying from the fairways could result in an extremely difficult lie. Golfers will be able to make up for this on the back nine where long hitters have the opportunity to showcase their skills. These holes open up a bit more and feature wider fairways. Distance off the tees will be met with great rewards at Grand Valley Golf Course.

Great Value
I haven't played here in many years and things have improved considerably. Note, we paid about $32 pp including the cart which is ridiculously reasonable. The course was dry so drives were fun as the ball kept going! Greens were in great shape. Love the new outdoor space for the 19th hole. I will be back!
A hidden gem
Grand Valley Golf and Country Club is a hidden gem for recreational golfers. Its 18-hole course is fun, forgiving, and offers great pace of play, perfect for all skill levels. Recent improvements, including well-kept fairways, greens, and a new patio, show a commitment to quality. The super-friendly staff creates a welcoming vibe, and with unbeatable pricing, it’s an ideal spot for a budget-friendly round. Highly recommended for all seeking an enjoyable golf experience!
Not worth $50 should be $35
Course design and length are very poor for $50plus.
Good experience
First time there. Friendly staff. Will go there again
‘Grand’ Valley Washboards
20 years of playing this course and the ruts and washboard fairways are there every year.
Good thing their green fees are lower.
Better than being at Work but not by much
Where to start…. Pace of play was the biggest issue. No Marshalls to facilitate play. No beer cart and was told beer cart permanently discontinued so you’ll have to drive back to clubhouse from whatever hole you’re at to get a drink or snack. Poor drainage in many areas causing huge puddles in play. Holes are very tight together. Almost every hole there is someone else shooting off your hole back to theirs. No rain hoods on carts for bags so clubs will get wet. Random garden tools and shovels just left along cart path. Greens were in really good condition mind you. But like the title says it’s better than being at work. First time there though and definitely my last time.
