Beechwood Golf & Social House
About
Beechwood Golf & Social House sprawls across gently rolling hills dotted with natural water features and trees, providing a terrain that is ideal for golf. The championship layout features fast, undulating greens and carefully contoured fairways. Ponds come into play throughout along with meandering creeks and streams. There are also a few strategically placed bunkers in play. Beechwood Golf & Social House's finishing hole is notable for both the scenery and challenges it offers. To begin the hole you need a precise drive between out-of-bounds on the left and a creek to the right that cuts into a landing area, and then you must make a skillful second shot to a triple-tiered green that slopes towards the creek's edge.

Had a great time enjoyed my round
Good course needs work in the sand traps but overall a fun experience.
Bunkers were bad . Dry no sand not able to hit . Overall nice course close to all hotels. Friendly staff great value for your money .
Beechwood not in very good condition
The rough was extremely long, to the point that you had to stay on the fairway or risk losing your ball, at the edge of the fairway. Bunkers were terrible, hard, and moss growing within. This course is usually in better shape, and price is usually pretty good, but disappointing this time around. Would not recommend unless I know the course is brought back up to speed.
Great Course
Always a good course to play.
It’s nice to see they actually take care of their course and put the money back in to the turf.
Staff is always helpful and polite.
Looking forward to my next round!
18 holes played, 15 holes paid
Got to the course and were informed that holes 15,16, and 17 were unable to be played due to wet conditions. Very disappointing to find out as we were expecting and paid to play the full course. Otherwise the course is great and fun to play, just upsetting to show up and find out you can’t play a full round when that was the expectation since we had already paid in full. Would have been nice for Golfnow to be informed of this inconvenience and let their customers know ahead of time, not when the customers get to the course and are stuck with playing 15 of 18 holes and paying the full price.
season opener
course was still wet due to recent rain but fine for just opening
Poor customer service
We pre-paid for 18 holes … course could only offer 15. Being the start of the year would have expected a little remorse and maybe some sort of reimbursement. To at least try and keep a good relationship with a customer … but we won’t be back purely off the smug responses received in the clubhouse by the staff member… as he said “it is what it is” .
Good layout, leaf problems
Greens in good shape. Some issues with course upgrades. Holes 15, 16 and 17 had huge leaf issues - list balls in the middle of the fairway…
Course is in rough shape----doing upgrades
We played on Sunday Nov. 6th .
They are doing a lot of upgrades.....like a golf path so it was quite rough. Bunkers were terrible
It is close to the end of season so I guess it hard to give a good review. Maybe its better when in full swing like mid summer.
I personally do not like the course...so I would not play it again .
Not very happy the best 3 holes were blocked off and wouldn’t let us play
Disappointed/left after 14th hole
Play was extremely slow. Two foursomes in front of us walking like turtles and the 2 men should have teed of at the seniors or with their wives. Instead of the whites. No ranger came around to check
Good course, Bad experience
We were told that 3 holes were closed due to course conditions, but saw members playing on that side. Took about 5 hours to finish 15 holes so the backup was terrible. Not a good golf experience. Having said that, the course is pretty accommodating to its members.
Staff is not the greatest at correspondence. I wanted to get more information about becoming a member but none of the staff have been helpful with that so far.
Nice track but lots of maintenance underway
Course had lots of work underway on cart paths. Quite wet but will be great once the repairs are complete.
