About
Located in a spectacular natural setting against the backdrop of the Niagara River whirlpool and gorge, this magnificent and challenging championship course was designed by the legendary golf architect Stanley Thompson. Owned and operated by The Niagara Parks Commission since 1951, Whirlpool is considered as one of the Top 100 Courses in Canada.
Directions: From Toronto: Approach Niagara Falls on the QEW. Just after crossing the St. Catharines Skyway, take the 405 exit towards the Queenston-Lewiston Bridge to the USA. Just before the bridge, take the last exit to the Niagara Parkway. Turn right off the ramp onto the Niagara Parkway. Whirlpool Golf Course is 4km down the road on the right hand side

Gem of Niagara
Whirlpool is one of my favorite courses to play, The greens today were perfect, smooth a quick and challenged any and all seasoned putters. The Staff, from the Pro shop to the Starter and greens crew, you will never meet more pleasant people. The course is groomed and cared for and invites all Golf lovers to come and play. You won't be disappointed.
Awesome
Been playing this course since the late '60's. It's in as good a shape as it's ever been. Long, tough, but fair. The layout is 2nd to none. I play it every time I'm in the area.
Great golf course
Well maintained course. Friend, kind, pleasant and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommended!
Cart path rules
I love this course. It's one of my favorites. I play it at least 3 times a year if not more. The only thing that disappointed me was the cart path rules of this day.
I feel like we could have had 90 degree in and out. It would have cut down on all the walking and sped up the pace of play.
Course was in excellent condition.Greens were fast and true. Barely any ball marks to repair. Pace of play was great. Nothing mysterious about the holes - no blind shots. Great layout and excellent job by groundskeeper.
Great day of golf
Course was in great shape and the pace of play was good. Always fun to play and a good deal with the All Access cards.
