Nice course and very enjoyable
We arrived a little early checked in, front 9 was very busy as there were 4 group ready to go. We were allowed to start on back 9 and the 18 holes went buy perfectly as usual. We’re going back for sure
The course was okay...
The course staff were extremely great.
The course was very slow and there was about 10+ times balls were shot at us without other golfers yelling fore.
The course seemed to be over booked.
The tee blocks could use some work and certain greens were dead on parts.
The course had a very interesting layout and if it was maintained a little bit better would be terrific!
Slow play
We experienced the slowest play anywhere in recent memory. We would highly recommend you enlist the use of a Ranger to keep things moving at times like this. We witnessed people leaving the coarse due to slow play and that is never a good thing. The price of a cart at $20.00 each is way more than anywhere else in the area. There is little doubt that we will hurry back.
Overcharge for Carts
Course is an average course. Tee Blocks to;o close to one another. Nearly was hit bay stray balls twice. Charge $40 for cart. Felt they take advantage of the COVID-19 situation. Wouldn't allow single riders on their carts either.
Quickly becoming one of my favourite courses in the area
For the money you are paying this course definitely has the best value in the area
Oakland greens August 2020
The course has a great layout and is a fairly long course. It was fun to play but the only downside was the length of 2nd cut off the fairways. The ball disappears in the 3 inch grass and is almost impossible to see untill you are on top of it. Very good course and will play again just hope they get the grass cut to a standard length that we see at most courses.
Good value
Good day pace was perfect course in good shape greens were in good condition all in all great value
Might be better when there isn’t a drought
Conditions were brutal but it was in the middle of a heat wave. If they have sprinklers, it doesn’t look like they use them. The order of the holes was confusing at times and I had to use the map frequently to figure out where I was heading. Despite this, there were some really fun holes including #13 and the staff was awesome. Wouldn’t pay more than 35$ for it though.
Well maintained course under extremely dry conditions
We enjoyed our day at OAKLAND GREENS again today. We play it one a week and are impressed with the layout
Probably see you there again next Tuesday
Cool course
Had several really cool holes and was challenging but very scorable. Was very dry but this was during an extreme heat wave. Fast greens with a few double tiered.
