About
Otter Creek Golf Club is situated in the idyllic farm community of Otterville, Ontario, which is only a 30-minute drive from Woodstock. The rural landscape was formerly farm and tobacco fields, lending a unique, rustic character to the golf course. The layout sprawls across 300 acres, winding through the scenic, wooded valleys of Otter, Cedar, and Spittler Creeks. Dick Kirkpatrick, one of Canada's top golf course architects, designed Otter Creek Golf Club. Kirkpatrick designed the course with players of all skill levels in mind, incorporating minimal forced carries and six sets of tees to make it more accessible for those who are new to the game

Otter Creek
The course is great greens and fairways. Just need to get the bunkers under control. Great value would play again for sure. Hidden gem
Bunkers???
Good tee blocks, fairways and greens. Horrible bunkers conditions. For the price and prestige of Otter Creek those were the worst bunker conditions I have ever seen. Don’t think they have been touched since Covid Shutdown. Very disappointed in the look it gave the course.
Great layout
Course in general was in great shape. The bunkers however were not and seems to have been allowed to grow wild.
Only complaint for a great track.
Ok, not great
$83 on a Saturday with cart is not terrible, but considering where this course is located should be a bit less. Very unimpressed with the bunkers. For that price there should actually be good bunkers. Greens were slow. Course was in decent shape. 18th hole is ridiculous and a terrible finishing hole. Tee of time was 810 am and they were over 15 minutes behind schedule. Then the Marshall drives by and tells we are 2 holes behind based on our tee time. 4 hrs and 18 minutes to play 18 holes as a 4some. Won't be in a rush to go back.
Awesome day
The fairways & greens are in excellent condition, however the bunkers are atrocious.
It would only take a little work to improve the bunkers even just for ascetic.

Always a treat
Always a great course to play one of the best in the area only issues are bunkers which will be redone. Can’t wait to see it with good bunkers. Awesome track.
One of the toughest coursed in the region.
When I first golfed here earlier this year I was very disappointed by the condition of the sandtraps. By the end of the round I didn't care because everything else was great. Still feel that way.
Weed infested , grass and hard sand bunkers?
Course needs a referee to increase pace of play, it is VERY slow and annoying!
What is with the bunkers or are they even called bunkers, they are overgrown, weed infested, grass and hard sand!!!! When will the owners get real bunkers???

Great challenging course
Always in great condition and great value considering the quality of the course. Well worth a visit.
Excellent layout
The fairways and greens are in excellent condition, however the bunkers are absolutely atrocious, weeds and overgrown to ridiculous degrees.
Staff informed me that the plan was to start addressing this in July.
Hope they do.
A shame
Clubhouse, fairways, greens and especially the friendliness/courtesy/service by the staff was excellent....unfortunately, the bunkers are no longer playable....Even took our group a good 2 minutes to wade through the thigh-high weeds to find a wayward shot that landed in the greenside bunker on #3....Time to sod the bunkers and be done with it....a terrible shame really, this used to be one of my favorite courses within 45 minutes of my commute.
