Excellent coarse
Pretty straight and wide open....would recommend even for beginner golfers
charged more than what golf now specifies
Course did not charge same.price as listed on the golf now app where it said owed at Course and had to pay about $20 more
Fall Golf
Had a great experience. Course was in great shape. Leaves we're not an issue supprisingly. Great rate at golf now.
Very good golf course
Course was in great shape. Challenging but somewhat forgiving . Not a long course but great variety of holes in picturesque setting.
Keystone links
would not hesitate to go back again, course is not extremely difficult but will keep you on your toes, very relaxing to play there
good course
Was a good day and good game. Course looked awesome and played well
Interesting course with lots of room to play.
We had a great game, our only concern were the number of other players that spent a great deal of time looking for lost balls, not even their own.
Much improved course
Having not played Keystone in several years, I was pleasantly surprised by the improved condition of the course. The recently hired greenskeeper must be congratulated for turning a divot-taking wrist-breaker into a playable track. The fescue will still eat you up on errant shots but that is how it should be on any course. There are some well-known groups who toddle along in early afternoon tee slots that should be hustled along by a marshall. The wind can alter shots on many holes, with water/OB/fescue waiting.
I would play in again.
Great course for the value. I paid 25$ with a cart for a morning T off. Course was in great shape fast fair ways. Greens had the morning dew on them so hard to judge how fast they were. All the staff were very friendly. I am not a long ball hitter but this course was short so was very fun to play.
Ok
An ok course - nothing special or fancy. A few nice holes, a few plain. Only 1 dogleg on the whole course. Too many twosomes sent out, one after the other. Staff was great.
Great shape
Fairways and greens were in great shape... Tee boxes could use some work. I would definately recommend this course. Great value !
Great shape
I have played this course for a long time and it is in the best shape it has been in years. Keep up the good work
A nice Sunday
Be careful on number 9. If you have not played here before there is no indication on your score card or the hole marker that there is water in front of the green. Not until what you think will be a nice lay up in front of the green delivers a "splash".
Great course
Course was in excellent condition. A refreshing first for me in Ontario was the booklet that describes every hole in detail. The man in the proshop was very helpful.
Nice except for the tee blocks
This is always a dry, firm course, but the greens were in nice shape and fairways were hard, but pretty good. Just about every tee block needs to be overhauled though. They were not level and were ripped apart badly. The holes were not sharply cut either. Otherwise the course played well and was enjoyable and the price was very competitive for the area.
Very nice course at a good price
I've played this course at least once each of the past 3 summers and will continue to do so in the coming years. I vacation each year on Upper Chemong and this is where I generally play during my stay. The course is fun and has always been in good shape, and the staff is extremely friendly. I play around 8am on weekdays and I have always been able to play in 3 to 3 and a half hours, and the rates are very reasonable. The course isn't very difficult but it is typically windy and that can make for some challenges. I'm looking forward to playing here again next year!
value round
Good value for the price. Pace of play was good and the course offers enough challenge for all levels of player.
Open but narrow
I love this course. I enjoy using the driver as much as possible. Sadly, other, worse golfers do too. That is conjunction with the narrow fairways and often windy conditions, balls are flying overhead like flies around dung.
much improved
I have played this course many times in the past and it just keeps improving. They are working hard to bring the course up to a high standard and it is really beginning to show.
