Cherry Downs
This was my first time playing Cherry Downs, the course was in great shape from tees to green. Course is good for all levels of golfers.
Extremely poor course conditions!
No wonder ClubLink wants you to pay in advance, the course is at such a poor condition I don’t think I would ever go there again! The entire course was terrible and embarrassing to take a friend fro out of town.
Save your money and go to any public course which will most likely be in better condition!
Tough Greens
This course is very challenging! Great variety of holes and in superb condition! You need to be in front of the flags and I was told that everything breaks towards Whitby, lol
Always love playing Cherry. Played in 4:08 which is an added bonus. Greens were good considering played late in the day.. Will play again this year for sure
A Cherry on top
As always the course conditions were great and the greens super fast. Finished the round in 2 hours and 50 minutes. Exceptional time especially considering we had 3 walkers in front of us!
Cherry Downs Review
I played this course in mid June. Years ago it was one of my favourite courses
It was sad to see how run down and tired the course has become
Very disappointing considering this was once a top. Course on my list
Is it because it is a public club link course or poor management?
Probably a bit of both?
Nice old course
Kind of tight for beginners, some tough carries off the tee.
Course was in ok condition.
Very dried out, greens were quick.
Nice staff.
Great bones. Questionable maintenance
Dry and fast. Inconsistent greens with a great layout. Nice pace of play. Routing is a little confusing. Condition of the teeboxes and cart paths plus lack of amenities... not worth $167.50 for the round.
Shared power cart without plastic divider between two players from different family
When I made my reservation I didn't showed included power Curt is shared, so we both have to ware face masks all the time when we both on the power Curt.
Good course, quite challenging, fair condition
Overall pretty good course, I’m just not sure I like paying $100 to tee off on an angle
