But...
Love playing the course. Why though is it always slow? I see a marshal but the pace of play never improves.

Over 5 hour round. One smelly washroom on course for both men and women. Really Loud radio on near by cart. Marshall should have been out there re radio and pace of play. Sand trap under material showing through the sand. Bunkers not raked. Scenery excellent.

Showing its age.
The Greens are still amazing, even this early in the year they roll true, and are a challenge for anyone. The big thing for me is the conditions of the tee boxes, very hard to find level ground. the course is showing its age with the conditions of the tee boxes and cart paths.

Not as good as before
It is still a good course but some fairway condition not as good. Greens ok and some potion of car paths needed repair n touch up. Tee platforms were below par. Lots of contour n undulations so not easy to play and greens also quite tricky. Autumn view is pretty good so another way to enjoy.
