About
Black Diamond Golf Club was carefully carved from the foothills and hardwood and pine forests of the Kawartha Oakridge Moraine. The natural landscape, which is covered in fescue, provides many challenges including several elevation changes and water hazards. The layout is unique in that the front nine is more of an open, links style with a double green and numerous pot bunkers, while the back nine has a more traditional North American character. Black Diamond Golf Club's back nine has a few tricky blind shots that present a formidable test for players of all skill levels. The golf course also has rolling fairways lined with trees, carefully sculpted mounding, and 70 strategically placed bunkers throughout.

Great friendly service…amasing golf course and great company!
Great views
Was able to play at a nice pace without being pushed from behind or waiting in front. Course is fun and challenging, will be coming back .
We had a Father's Day Tournament with 40 of us
Manager Wayne Ritchie provided us with a mini shot gun which was a great help
We also used the new room downstairs to eat which was a good idea
The service & including the food was outstanding
Thank you to Wayne & Chef Mark & all the other staff
for an outstanding day & will be back

Lots of blind shots
Blind landings and quite hilly to see lay up options. If I knew the court it might ply may better but as a first timer I wasn’t impressed. Rough was quite long and lost a few that should have been easy finds. Nice views though
Overrated
The staff was rude and the course was poorly maintained for how much they charge. Fairways, tee boxes, practice range were absolute garbage. Will not golf there again.

Course was in average shape with the greens being in very rough shape
Title
We caught it on a cool day but dressed properly and thoroughly enjoyed our day. A nice mix of forgiving holes mixed with some very challenging holes.
Fun course but seen better days
The greens were a bit patchy and a ton of divots in the fairways. Was slow pace as well. I still love this course and would recommend it. Always get a cart there are a lot of long gaps between holes
Great Track
Very good track. Well maintain if in off peak season. Price is very reasonable for the course. Highly recommend
Course was way overbooked
Nice course, friendly staff. However the course was overbooked, and tee time was postponed. Had to wait for multiple groups at a few holes
Great Shape
Course was in amazing shaoe so early in the year.
Slight delay due to frost, but normal for this time of year.
Looking forward to playing again.
