About
Black Diamond Golf Club was carefully carved from the foothills and hardwood and pine forests of the Kawartha Oakridge Moraine. The natural landscape, which is covered in fescue, provides many challenges including several elevation changes and water hazards. The layout is unique in that the front nine is more of an open, links style with a double green and numerous pot bunkers, while the back nine has a more traditional North American character. Black Diamond Golf Club's back nine has a few tricky blind shots that present a formidable test for players of all skill levels. The golf course also has rolling fairways lined with trees, carefully sculpted mounding, and 70 strategically placed bunkers throughout.

A few tricky holes
I enjoyed this beautiful course but found the fairways quite hard, as in dry.
Awful visit
Showed up and booked a tee time in advanced through golf now and apparently they had a tournament going on that day and was recommend to just take the refund back and go home. Ended up replaying the back 9 twice instead after a lot of confusion
Great Day!
It was a great dsy at Black Diamond on Sunday the 13th. Weather was excellent; course was in excellent shape, althougheveryone, please fix your ball marks…please. Pace of play was OK for a typically busy Sunday. Love the course 👍👍
Average course
Tees were in poor shape, too many dog legs and uphill approaches
However, very good value for the money.
Enjoyable round at Black Diamond
Always enjoyed a round at Black Diamond and yesterday was no exception. Very good value for the money. GPS and ball/club washer in every cart were appreciated. Friendly starter as well as staff at the pro shop.
Tee-box condition can be improved, otherwise, the course is in very good condition. The greens were slow though.
18 holes with cart
Very nice course, lots of par 5s and a nice chance to wack a ball. Good conditions even after a rainfall. Bunkers were hard but the greens were beautiful.
