About
Rockway Vineyards Golf Course offers an 18-hole championship round with the Niagara Escarpment and the Rockway Conservation Area serving as the backdrop. The course sprawls across the vineyards of the Rockway Vineyards Estate Winery. The rolling landscape provides tricky elevation changes and there are numerous ponds and bunkers throughout the golf course. The layout features large, sculpted greens and fairways that are flanked by more than 60 sand bunkers. The front nine features a challenging set of par 4s and fast, undulating greens. Vineyards's back nine begins gently with short approach shots and birdie opportunities but becomes more challenging once you hit the 13th hole, a par-4 dogleg left.

Course review
This was our first time golfing at Rockway, but will not be our last.
The course was in excellent shape. The rough was a bit long, but to be expected with only a days notice of courses re-opening. Fairways and greens were fantastic.
The pace-of-play on the back half was slow, but we were just happy to be out and everyone else seemed to be in the same great mood.
The staff are wonderful! Everyone went out of their way to be warm & welcoming.
I love the outdoor hand-washing stations on the course and, as a woman, I have to give props to courses that have washrooms because many do not.
Great course! Highly recommend.
Great course
Was an awesome course , pace of play was good and the staff was the best ive come across yet on a course .
Super slow and overbooked
5 and a half hour round here is just embarrassing. Probably way overbooked, poor course management. No way it should ever take that long.

Great course! Fairways and green were in great shape, staff was very friendly, would definitely recommend.
Could not play
Could not play as provincial orders shut down course. Was not able to cancel, still charged booking fee.

Ready for spring play
In very good shape for mid-April round. Courses are busy but no problem keeping pace while walking. Ponds and bunkers (good sand) are in play. Hole #8 lives up to being handicap hole #1
