Rockway Vineyards Golf Course
About
Rockway Vineyards Golf Course offers an 18-hole championship round with the Niagara Escarpment and the Rockway Conservation Area serving as the backdrop. The course sprawls across the vineyards of the Rockway Vineyards Estate Winery. The rolling landscape provides tricky elevation changes and there are numerous ponds and bunkers throughout the golf course. The layout features large, sculpted greens and fairways that are flanked by more than 60 sand bunkers. The front nine features a challenging set of par 4s and fast, undulating greens. Vineyards's back nine begins gently with short approach shots and birdie opportunities but becomes more challenging once you hit the 13th hole, a par-4 dogleg left.

This is a very impressive golf course
Impressed with the design no holes too easy and none too crazy. The greens are fast speed in very good condition with no annoying slopes and fairways are very good too. Lots of bunkers but well maintained too. I really like this course and will play again many times. This is definitely one of best courses I have ever played this gets my highest rating.
This course has great landscaping.
I really liked the Gps unit on the carts. My only complaint was that there was a foursome in front of us who were trying to teach the wife and daughter how to play golf and we waited on every hole but 1 the whole time.
goid overall experience for a wet day of golf
Good day of golf for a round in April after a rainy day.
Nice course with fast greens that are well protected by various hazards
A course thats has a great mix of holes with water hazards, doglegs and long par 5s . Open enough to recover from poor tee shots but with enough trees, well placed bunkers and water hazards to challenge anyone.
The course has a nice finishing hole
Nice course have play many times Course is always in good condition, greens roll nice. 18 th hole a par 3 with water in front of green The only bad thing about this course is when the vineyards are blasting to keep birds over the grapes.
Great except for the pin placements
My husband said it looked like it was set up for the US Open - very difficult placements. Greens were very quick but having said that we enjoyed playing there.
Good Course
I've always enjoyed this course. It's always well maintained and offers a range of challenges as well as a level of forgiveness. At full price, I would not play, but definitely worth a round any price under 40$ golf and ride.
Slow play requires more marshalls.
Course in reasonable shape given the dry summer. Greens variable. Bird deterents in adjacent vineyards somewhat annoying, but adaptable. Extremely slow play not monitored or corrected due to insufficient marshalling.
