Royal Stouffville Golf Course

I had alot of fun. It's been years since I played this course last. I used to say it was not as good as other courses but I was wrong. Good condition, challenging and fun. Especially during COVID.

Some real tricky holes, with lots of potential to score. The pin positions were legit insane when we played, which made scoring not so fun. Almost every pin was on a crazy ridge or a step or two from the edge of the green, which seemed silly to me. I like a challenge but these were clearly done by an inexperienced person or someone just angry with their day lol Other than that it was a solid round. Easy walk too

Friendly staff, course has all new paved pathways and in decent shape. A good mix of holes to challenge players of all skill levels. Pace of play is good.

Course was in good shape, greens were in great shape. Enjoyed the pace of play., finished round in just over 4 hrs which is amazing for a Sunday.

Plated Royal Stouffville today. Was in great condition. Green and lush all over and the putting greens are smooth with no pitch marks. Not too busy and with a tee time of 8:30 am and no one in front, my self and playing partner never came upon the next group in front. Will play again.

Andrew is the pro there and he was very helpful at explaining everything about the new rules regarding covid 19

Course was in wonderful shape. The greens were as smooth as carpet. All precautions around the pandemic were absolutely in place and the tee times of every 15 minutes made pace of play just perfect. It was an excellent day and I would highly recommend the course.

Course was in really nice shape, except the greens were horrendously slow.

Overall challenging but fair and rewarding course. Fairways in excellent condition, rough is perfect thickness, greens a little slow. Yardage markers are placed in the rough were confusing at times (expect them to be in Centre of fairway). Modified covid holes were decent however they could have adopted similar approaches as different courses where the ball still falls in the hole (partially) as opposed to blocking the entire hole with a pool noodle. Overall would definitely be returning.

The course are more challenging course and norrow too all my friend said will be to playing again soon

I decided to play Royal Stouffville as my first round for this unusual season due to the new norms. The course is so beautiful (of course after the delayed opening.) I was paired with an ex Senior PGA player Mr. Paul Villemaire and can't thank him enough for all the tips while we played. Both of us were appreciating the beauty of the well maintained course. Will be back again.

First day open due to Covid-19. Great day, staff were good, course was in descent shape. Greens were slow. The one bunker I did visit was in good shape. Noodles are a bit weird, but the course made us feel safe with the pandemic still going on.

Had an early tee time and due to the new “rules”, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Check in was easy, carts were waiting and the starter informed us of all the new rules. We had two friends playing as a twosome as well but teeing off after us. The starter was great and able to arrange to have us play together. Tee times were kept to 15 minutes apart exactly.. We did the round in just over 4 hours. The course was in great shape as you’d imagine as the second day of the season, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first round of the year
