The Golf Club at Lora Bay
About
Tucked away in the Blue Mountains, The Club at Lora Bay offers a stunning view of the Georgian Bay. The golf course was carved from the mature woodlands along the Nipissing Ridge, incorporating wildlife preserves and century-old barns into the design. The scenic course even features idyllic apple orchards along the fairways. While the rustic charm can be enchanting, don't let it distract you too much from the challenging layout. Numerous bunkers are strategically placed throughout and brooks and ponds come into play on several holes. The third hole is one of the toughest on the golf course. It is the longest par-3 with a pond that runs all along the right side from tee to green and trees and a tricky bunker to the left.

Lora Bay
Very scenic layout. Most greens heavily protected. Greens very tough. Many undulations and pace difficult to gauge.
Apple e ever after
We started on hole #10 which is a nice wide fairway which helped our novice golfers get into a good frame of mind.
Amazing
If you want a challenge play Lora Bay. Beautifully kept, great pace and excellent amenities. Going back next week.
Fabulous Day at Lora Bay
Course was in great shape, views were great. Greens were exceptionally fast and challenging. Walked the course and even loved the steep walk from 16 to 17.
Traps need lots of work, greens need better attention from players (ball marks, divots, cleat marks)
A treat to play.
Been playing there for years. It’s not a low priced course but all in all, good value. The course is in terrific condition. The layout will challenge a low handicapper but approachable for a high handicapper. If this is the first time to play the course, you should expect a fun, challenging experience. Full value.
