Access to the pro shop took 3 tries with no one to assist.
Parking lot in poor condition
Pro shop staff not very friendly
Carts are in poor condition noisy
Course is poorly maintained.
Price or value for money is too expensive.
Played several courses in Simcoe County at much less price ie Braemore on Horseshoe Valley road. Excellent course my grand son was free including a cart my cost was $40.00. For both of us. Great staff course in excellent condition.
We will not be back to Marlwood.
Challenge
Short but challenging course, staff were very friendly, perfect little course to work on your short game.
Awful we were crowded and got hit by a stray ball. They overbooked a lot of people!!!!
They crowded people and added a 36 people tournament—at the 15th hole we were hit by a ball from the team behind us!!! Ended up in emergency and they didn’t even ask if they could reimburse us!!
Great Course for Novice Golfers and Value Seekers
$40 Weekend Green Fee fills the Starters Tee Sheet 5,600 yards is ideal for new golfers. Tees could use extra maintenance care. Pace of play was S L O W ; nearly 5 hours.
Super friendly staff. Ideal for my wife that took up Golf this year. We’d go back but not with a late Saturday morning tee time.

Nice Course for Beginners
My wife and I played Marlwood today, a rainy day but good fun. The course is not too long, with fairly wide fairways. The course is easy to walk, and the green fees are reasonable.

This older shorter course is very pretty and challenging as it forces you to play strategically
