Had a wonderful day with two member who were a pleasure to play with
Last minute hot deal
booked only an hour before so got an excellent deal. pace was very slow. Marshall blamed it on members league Thursday.
Father & Son Golf Weekend
Start of our 4th Father & Son Golf Tourney - this was a pleasant surprise. Great course and wonderful staff. Tough greens - some may consider short, but very good challenge. Worth the money.
Nice course, played about 4x times this year, haven't played for about 5 years. staff friendly. course in good shape. easily walkable. only 5300yrds from the blues but not easy.
What a day for golf
Hard to pick a better day then July 1, 2024 for golfing. This course makes you think about club selection which makes it challenging. The back 9 plays much easier then the front. Hands down it’s the best bang for the buck. Keep your prices affordable and you willl never need to worry about filling tee times.
Better than average for this area.
Very playable for every level golfer. The fairways and greens have improved this year, very impressive all around the course. I only wish they had a driving range. Staff are great too.
Book it
Not long but you still need to play golf. Great value for the money.
Course is always in very good condition. The only complaint and I know it was a Sunday on fathers day, was the slow play. Lots of Marshalls around but no one said anything to the group 2 in front of us. We heard that they may have been intoxicated.Tthey were 2 holes behind. It took 4:15 min, only because the group in front of us quit. Normally this is a 3.5 hour course at 5300 yards.
Avoid
The only real positive is that all the people we encountered were friendly. If you go to a golf course to meet friendly people, then play here. Otherwise, look elsewhere. It’s not worth the green fee. Course was overbooked. Last second walk-ins were getting times. We waited at every tee box, some waits were 10-15 minutes. Had a few holes that had five groups (either playing the hole or waiting at the tee box). Course design creates part of the problem as there are too many short par 4’s that people wait for the green to clear to try to reach in 1. Just an awful experience overall.
A diamond in the rough
My friends and I frequent this course for a couple of reasons. It’s close to home, you get to use almost every club in your bag, great value and it doesn’t eat up 5 hours to play a round. Play this course enough and you can almost convince yourself that you’re getting better. lol
Enjoyable round
Matched up with another couple and had a very enjoyable round. Decent and enjoyable track. Some quirky holes but overall enjoyable
