Boulder Creek Golf Club

First time playing here, I'd heard good things about it. With wet conditions lately it was in really good shape. Greens were a bit slow to putt, but probably related to time of year and general wetness. Pretty hilly course, a lot of walking due to having to keep carts on path, but understandable to prevent carts from causing damage to soggy areas of course. Saw a lot of maintenance workers while there. I think they really do try to maintain this course. I will definitely play here again.

Place is awesome and the price is hard to beat for type of golf course you play on. Can’t go wrong with Boulder Creek

Good conditions for Early April. Seems like the new management crew is putting effort into course maintenance and adding nice amenities like the halfway house and a new bar addition. Much needed change for this great course layout!

The cost to play VS course conditions here are unbeatable. Even early season the course plays great and only gets better and better through out the summer!

Course is in very good shape and at least they take care of their bunkers (most courses dont nowadats) my buddy drove from out of town and had car trouble and arrived about a half hour late the guy at clubhouse wad cool and moved our time back even tho we were on a hot deal and the halfway snack shop was open in October again most courses arent. Will play again

Course used to be the best around. Layout is still nice and kept up but they've abandoned a lot of the lil things that separated them from everyone else. Used to have nice plants hanging around, no more. Carts used to be nicer. Greens showed footprints all over them, needed rolled. I was a lil disappointed..

Great layout, great conditions, great scenery! Never get tired of this course.

5:50 minutes for two players - No Rangers. Enough said...

First time playing here. Pace of play was horrendous,no ranger, course conditions were very average to poor. Greens slow and bumpy, bunkers not maintained properly,fairways ok. Did not meet my expectations based on reviews and fellow golfers. Good layout, challenging as you want it to be.get rid of the back tees so chops do not play from there and slow down play. Disappointed overall, maybe try again in 2019

I was looking forward to playing this course. However, it looks like it has taken a beating. The greens are rough and putts bounce. It was incredibly disappointing. Doesn’t look like people fix their pitch marks. The place of play was also extremely slow. Took almost 5 hours as a two-some. Ranger wasn’t really doing anything to help. The snack shop was also closed when we made the turn and we never saw the drink cart on the back side. They either had an off day or It definitely seems like this place has gone down hill.

Played this course my last trip to the Cleveland area about a year ago. Course was in OK shape but pace was terrible (5+ hours) back then. Tried again...MISTAKE! Course was in bad shape. Greens were trash. Balls marks everywhere and very bumpy. Greens were mowed but they did not cut new holes on green. Same pin position as the day before. Footprint minefield around the cup. None of the bunkers had been raked. Don't mind the fairway bunkers not being maintained but greenside should be done daily. Not to mention course played in just OVER 5 hours and 15 minutes. No ranger to maintain pace. Course is to hard for the average golfer. Save you $$ and time go elsewhere.

What a great course. The layout is absolutely amazing. This is by far my favorite course to come to. It is maintained expertly. The guys in the pro shop are friendly. The cart boys are amazing! They always will come up to my car at the bag drop to get my clubs and put them on a cart for me. Also they always clean my clubs after I play. Just a great all around staff and course. I highly recommend this course.

Great course for the most part. 8th hole layout was a frustrating setup. . Not able to get across fairway on cart anywhere. Ridiculous when they are trying to quicken pace of play . Greens on some holes were not great, very bumpy. Very nice facility and layout. Felt like they were trying to get as many ppl through as quick as they could Very friendly staff.

I haven't played this course in almost a decade and I don't know why. This course is an amazing layout (other than #8) with great conditions and views. The greens complexes are wonderful, the terrain is used expertly, and everything is well maintained. They have worked to take some teeth out of the course, which is for the best because even still the course is very difficult. They had removed a lot of bunkers and all the tees were moved forward. Pace of play was fine, even though we were waiting on the 3-some in front almost every shot on back 9 we still finished in just over 4 hours. If you haven't been in awhile or are making a trip to Cleveland, this is a course you need to check out.
