Mill Run Golf Club - Championship Grind/Grist Course
About
Mill Run Golf Club offers 27 championship holes with a convenient, yet secluded location tucked away in the rolling hills surrounding Uxbridge, which is only 40 minutes from downtown Toronto. The holes are divided into three unique nines that provide three different 18-hole layouts. The Grind/Grist Course features generous landing areas off the tee, but accuracy is needed throughout the course if you want a good score. The fourth hole on the Grist nine is a memorable hole. This long par 4 features a heavily bunkered green and even the slightest wind could affect the outcome. In addition to the three courses, Mill Run Golf Club also offers an 18-hole executive course.

Golfer Reviews
Great Value
Played Grist and Wheel, overall staff very friendly, Pace of play was good. Course was great condition. Overall exactly how every round of golf should go.
Good value
Pace of play wasn't good on this day, normally not too bad. Greens are challenging, course can play tough especially in the wind. Good value at the right price.
awesome experience
Course was in great condition and very challenging, the views were spectacular and the grind was similar to wedt coast course
Nice
Nice course to play anytime.
Mill Run Grind/ Grist
course was in great shape. greens were rolling amazing. prob best greens i have putted on this year (15 + rounds ) . Some holes with blind shots on hills are annoying. overall great course/ value
Beautifully laid out!
Mill Run has always been one of my favourite courses to play. It offers enough of a challenge to keep you coming back! The Grind certainly lives up to its name! Only wish it was closer to me rather than a 50 minute drive. I'd be there more often.
Would like to have seen more of the food/drink cart but over 18 holes only saw it twice. Second time we were already by the snack hut. Never approached us or looked our way when driving by so would appreciate at least acknowledging our presence and maybe ask if we'd like something??
27 Hole course in fairly good condition
Good value for money. Not too challenging and not too easy to play. Should be good for players who shoot between 95 - 100 consistently
Save your money
This course was such a horrible experience for me and my buddies. We were asked twice to hurry up on 2 separate holes and both times we told the marshal we're held back because of the group in front of us and he never cared to hear told us twice "just pick it up we have groups behind you" The course has no layout displayed so you have no idea where the hole is or if there are any hazards ahead of you. This course isn't worth more than $30 with cart especially with the lack of professionalism we received from staff and the condition the course was in. I would not golf here again until drastic changes take place.
Every staff is friendly!
Nice. Absolutely worth to try again!
GOLF
The course is beautiful good layout everyone was friendly from the time we reached the parking lot on arrival until it was time to leave ... Good bang for your buck
Always great
Mill Run is always a great play. Course is challenging and Gs many unique holes. Great food at the clubhouse is always a bonus!
the course is in great shape
great time, will play this course multiple times. will possibly
organize a mini tournament.
Glorius Golf Day
I have been playing closer to home all summer. Having made my way to Mill Run gave me an incentive to leave my usual golf courses. The location is impeccable as were the greens. The golf carts were the best. This past summer I had a few golf cart incidents (never the drivers fault). The fairways were expansive, forgiving and just great to play on. The greens are in excellent condition and I enjoyed putting on every hole. Loved my day at Mill Run.
Great
Several holes had extensive construction underway so these required us to play around bunkers under construction, workers and equipment on the Grist 9 hole section. The rest was great and a lot of fun!
I will be back
Great afternoon out of the city. Yardage book supplied free is a must. Greens are quite a challenge. A couple of them that had significant front to back slopes and either elevated or protected fronts has red flags which made for added difficulty/frustration. Fairways generous making it a 2nd shot course. The par 3 holes as a group were good It probably takes a couple of rounds to know how to putt this course
Challenging Course for the Money
Played 18 holes that included the Wheel and the Grind in 4 hrs 30 minutes so pace of play was very good. A cart is required for the Grind as the distance between tees for holes 5 and 6, and 8 and 9 is huge with long trip back from 9 to clubhouse.
