Tour 18 Dallas

First time playing. Went for the novelty of the course. All fairways are extremely burnt and have virtually no grass. Tee boxes in nearly the same condition. The greens were in good shape. Definitely not worth the green fees they charge. Too many good courses in DFW that actually water, have grass in their fairways, and only charge half the fees. Won't be back.

Had a great day. Course in good shape, staff were great and pace of play was good.

The fairways are almost without any green grass. It’s about a $30 course. Unless your getting a discount it’s not worth going.

Last time i played in a tournament, the course was in bad shape. Far departure from years ago when course was prestine. Fairways were in pretty bad shape. I'm sure that the lack of rain has made it hard but im a member at a nearby course and it is in much better condition. Course conditions not commensurate with cost.

Played 3 public courses in 4 days in the fort worth area. This was by far the most expensive and by far the poorest maintained!!!will not return!

Love this course! the layout and the design are incredible. The fairways were in bad condition and very patchy. The pace of play was good, not a ton of people out there because of the heat. Lunch was included and very good. Would play again maybe in spring when the course should be in prime condition

Cool layout, good execution, awful upkeep. Greens slow and bumpy. Would have been nice to know in app that they were just punched. Fairways torched, paired with guys who took 10 shots a hole. Wait until fall when it’s not so hot maybe and the course can recover. This course should be $40 until it’s playable. Save your money, play 2 rounds at your local muni.

I love the layout and the views. But the fairways were a mess. Many dead spots, some holes had 80% dead grass on the fairways. The greens and traps were ok but I was disappointed in the overall conditions.

Trust me, don’t do it. $20 muni is in better shape

Course is normally fun but currently in sorry shape. Fairways were almost all dry and yellow. The greens were in better shape. Some sand traps were horrible and had no sand. Others were overgrown with grass inside them.

It is sad they let this once very fun course devolve.

The staff was still courteous.

The fairways were dormant and hard. Greens had lots of divot damage and the bunkers were often un-raked and sand was hard/crusty on many holes. Some of it may be that players simply don’t care but it was obvious that the course maintenance is just doing enough to get by. One bunker was completely empty of sand, and looked like it had been under repair for over a year, but wasn’t marked as ground under repair.

Tour 18 is a great course, with a lot of fun holes. The condition of the course needs work. Sand needs to be added to the sandtraps, the fairways need water, and the greens need to be cut and rolled.

Overall a very fun golf experience with some really fun holes. I will note that the water level is low so the blue monster has lost some of its teeth. The back nine is quite enjoyable and the island green on 9 is fun. Not sure I'll come back for a while but worth playing at least once.

This course has so much potential. Baked out fairways and greens. I did like the premise of the course, just wish it was in better shape.

Had a good day / round. Got a 0800 hrs tee time to try and beat the heat. Pace of play was great. Greens were a little rough due to recent weather, but we knew it before booking. Overall the course was great. Staff were great as usual.
