Tour 18 Dallas

Played with my son, I was excited to show him this course. Some of the greens were in such poor shape, I was embarrassed to have him think I was crazy for hyping the course.

We all understand the summer drought makes it tough to keep up the course, maybe give a discount when conditions are poor? Way too expensive for the condition, especially when other courses close by are doing a much better job with the conditions.

Though we are in a bit of a drought, I thought the course was impressive condition. Definitely want to come back when it is pristine. Gave me an appreciation for the layouts that the pros play and every hole felt like a fun challenge. Found myself thinking about each shot more compared to your average venue.

Beautiful layout... back nine fairways were hard and thin. Greens were green and receptive but bumpy and never a true roll. #9 (17 @ Sawgrass) was impressive, but Amen Corner (11,12,13) #16,17,18 were definitely not as nice as Tour 18 Humble (Houston) The price of $125 was way over priced. I wouldn't pay more than $80 for those conditions. Very impressive homes surround the course, but would expect the course to match. No GPS on the carts, another disappointment considering the price.

This course is no where near worth $125! Greens were shaggy and fairways were very thin. Front nine was in better shape than the back. Back nine was rough, traps are in fair shape at best. Layout is very good.

Whoever maintains this course has literally given up. Fairways are terrible, bunkers are clearly not maintained, and overall the course feels almost abandoned. The only good thing are the greens. Most are in good shape. It’s not worth $30, much less $125.

I had quit coming to Tour 18 a couple of years ago due to conditions and staff. This is the second round in the last couple of months and both times have been great. Course is in great condition and the staff are great as well

I know the heat has been hard on a lot of courses yet they keep their greens and bunkers in decent shape and Tour 18 seems to be on/off and always under new ownership. The layout is amazing and they could have such a great product but they choose not to. I don’t know if it’s owners not putting in money or the superintendent but something needs to change. I wish I took some pictures of the course

Paying $135 to play and the greens are horrific!!! Please shut down for 2 weeks and fix your greens. The round is not enjoyable when the greens are lumpy and hopping all over the place. I don't care how good the layout is.

Great experience! Will be back to play again this fall!

Love this course, but price was over $100 and greens were in horrible shape.

Played with my two sons for Father’s Day. Course was in great shape however the greens were vary spotty like a disease had hit them. We played automaticac two putts if you missed your first one. It was worse than if they had been punched

Toue 18 is fun and challenging, but the quality of greens is very hit and miss.

For $125 I expect the greens to be in incredible condition. They were abysmal. The kind of greens you would see on a course you're playing $10 a round for. Seriously, what are they spending the money on? The course was in great shape outside of the greens. It was a pretty course too but good lord. I won't be going back until those greens have been properly maintained.
