The greens and bunkers need some time. They are in really, really bad shape. Don't play this course right now. It isn't worth it.

The greens, especially on the front, were in terrible condition. Your putting over bare spots on every putt. The bunkers are junk. I have played this course years ago, so I took some customers out and it was terrible outing. I won’t be back!

I reviewed this course @ 1 month ago and said it was "ok" for the price point after 3pm ( 49 in the afternoon) . I want to rescind that. as the conditions are even worse now - greens are in TERRIBLE shape - almost criminal that they are charging these prices.. some holes were so bad that it was adventure trying to decide which way the ball was going to roll.. I can not think of one hole where the green was at least average.. 80% of the bunkers were beyond playable... just completely ripped apart ...the range was closed due to being too wet...i just can't come here anymore - it makes last years "closing" a distant memory as it appears to have yielded no benefit that i can tell except for maybe a few nicer tee boxes.. this course has such potential but it will take a huge commitment to get this back on track - if you are paying full price or this course you are getting ripped off pure and simple.

This is a unique, interesting course that has seen better days. It cries out for new ownership or at least new management. The cart paths are wrecked, the sand traps are an embarrassment, and the greens are a mess. This place needs five or six million dollars invested in it to be the course it should be, and I’m surprised that the owners of the many multi million dollar homes surrounding the course aren’t demanding it. In the shape it’s in now, it’s depressing the value of their properties.

I understand that it is still early in the season but why was I charged $90 for 18 at 6:40 am on a Friday for a course that been neglected for so long. Great design overall, no where near worth the money if your trying to play a good round. Bunkers and greens were trashed. Today, this what could be a great course, was very disappointing for me and my golf partner. Wouldn’t recommend this course to anyone in the condition that it is in.

This is about as bad as I’ve seen greens at this place. Would be fine if green fees were in $40 range but paying almost $100 for the conditions is not worth it. Save your money.0

The course is in awful condition. All bunkers are pretty much ground under repair quality and every green is covered in sand (worse than punched greens). I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the course. You’d think with the crazy high price they are charging that the course would be in better shape. I’d be upset if I payed $40 and this was the quality of the place. I played here a few years ago and thought maybe the poor conditions were just temporary. Nope...

Way to expensive. 5 hour round and greens are in horrible shape not what I expected after them being renovated. Tee boxes and fairways were in good shape.

If I remember, think the greens were plugged about a month ago?? They looked & played like it was last week. They may not have been able to cut them due to weather but aside, be awhile before returning until greens are at least satisfactory.

? Why are there no yardage plates on the Par 3's, at least a painted stripe on the cart paths. Scorecards are of no use since tee boxes might be 15-20 yds. long???

Bold move charging $90 with the course conditions. Still a fun time, but step it up!

Course was in very good shape , especially considering the hard freeze in February. Tee boxes were great, fairways in very good condition and the greens were fine. They are in the middle of spring dressing so kinda sandy, but it has to be done. I’m sure they’ll be great in a couple of weeks.

Course was in very bad shape. Greens are completely gone. Not just need to be worked on but actually gone. They are charging higher end rates while the greens have been destroyed. They need to be completely redone. I hadn't played here in years because the greens were bad. I was told they had been redone but they were even worst than before. It was $89 to play here when I have played courses for $20 that had better greens. Wish I would have taken pictures of how bad these were.

I would not advise anyone to play here for the rates they are charging and I won't be back!!!

I don’t understand how this course can’t maintain their greens? They are just always bad! There should have been a significant discount for these three issues on Saturday...bad and freshly punched greens, no range, and cart path only. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

The fairways were inn bad shape. All the bunkers were in disrepair and full of water. The pace of play was slow with people pushing from behind. Will NEVER play this course again. Paid $85 to play would not play again if you paid me $85.
