Whole course was in terrible condition, especially at this price point

Course was in very bad shape. Greens are completely gone. Not just need to be worked on but actually gone. They are charging higher end rates while the greens have been destroyed. They need to be completely redone. I hadn't played here in years because the greens were bad. I was told they had been redone but they were even worst than before. It was $89 to play here when I have played courses for $20 that had better greens. Wish I would have taken pictures of how bad these were.

I would not advise anyone to play here for the rates they are charging and I won't be back!!!

I don’t understand how this course can’t maintain their greens? They are just always bad! There should have been a significant discount for these three issues on Saturday...bad and freshly punched greens, no range, and cart path only. It wasn’t an enjoyable experience.

The fairways were inn bad shape. All the bunkers were in disrepair and full of water. The pace of play was slow with people pushing from behind. Will NEVER play this course again. Paid $85 to play would not play again if you paid me $85.

They are changing premium pricing for greens that are very damaged.

Tour 18 has a great design, but is currently under terrible condition. Several greens and bunkers need serious help. The fairways are OK at best. I think Tour 18 needs adjust their rates accordingly. This is at best a $30 course in its current condition. With all the other nicer courses in the area Tour 18 needs to get to work fast.

Cool layout! Really fun to play Amen corner the day after The Masters! Recommend playing it if you get a chance.

Not worth it. As folks have mentioned staff lacks customer service.

The course it self was in bad shape.

The greens are not in great shape, in fact the grass on tee box was in much better shape than greens. Paying $90 to play here is currently not worth it and I was very disappointed in greens and pace of play, over 5 hours.

Choose a different course. Staff was very average and didn't seem interested in helping. The course was very average...bunkers in horrible condition, greens were very slow and in need of repair and cutting. The highlight of the round was the starter, Tyler.

For a course in a high end neighborhood, it was below average and likely better courses in DFW area. I wont be back!

Disappointed.

The layout is fantastic - no denying that...but the course conditions are below average..they need to do better - It makes no sense to me to charge as much as they do for terrible green conditions and many unplayable bunkers.. The allure of the course brings people in but then many won't return after seeing how hideous things are....for under 50 dollars per person probably ok to play if one doesn't care about all of the faults..i am one of those...when they closed the course for a bit last summer to improve things it seems nothing really did which is a shame

Course conditions are pretty rough. The greens are pretty bad and have a disease or something wrong with them. Really bumpy. The bunkers are a mess for the most part with a lot of them being redone I guess. Not worth $90 for sure.

We had noticed that the course was deteriorating on previous visits but were really disappointed after the course had be closed so long for repair. The greens overall were in shocking condition, bunkers on at least 4 holes were under repair or unplayable. The on course rest rooms were not cleaned or maintained during the day. Pace of play was very slow. We had a 4:20 tee time with sunset at 7:40 pm and only managed 15 holes. Marshals should be moving slow four balls along. None were present on the course. The price is steep for the course condition. Many better options in the metroplex.

Won’t be back here again soon unless a lot is done to improve the course.

Could have given it 5 stars but their greens betray the otherwise excellent course.Enjoyed the Amen corner.
