Tour 18 Dallas

Played early this morning and it was a great day for it. However the greens and tee boxes were not well maintained. Several of the bunkers were full of rocks and had to take a drop to avoid clubs damage. You would think after 25 years the course would be in tip top condition with the spring that we have had in North Texas. Green fee paid was 50% too high for what you get on $80!

For the price, fabulous. Sand traps were out of play. Other than that will play this course again next visit. 100% great layout of some prestigious holes

Course was fantastic. Greens were excellent. Great pace on them. Bunkers were an issue but staff let us know of that beforehand.

Tour 18 is much improved. Still work to be done but the course is on an uptick. They are going to close in a month for 60 something days to overhaul the course. Impressed by the people working there. Only issue was there was no starter or marshal present. Got behind 2 5some's.

Course was in great shape. I did think the greens were a bit bumpy and slow and suggest they be changed to bent grass but that’s just my opinion. I’m an 8 handicap and shot 95 but throughly enjoyed every hole. Will definitely be back to seek revenge! Lol!!!

I asked if carts were cleaned and sanitized, they said yes, however, 2 empty plastic water bottles and an empty beer can was left on my cart along with drink stains. I only saw them washing carts down, not wiping them down. Also no social distancing reminders or rules were enforced in pro shop.

The wind was blowing at 20-30 MPH this day, but even with that, the pace of play was good and the course was in good condition overall. A couple of greens need significant work (especially the TPC Sawgrass replica) to fill in patches of bare sand, and there's too much Poa annua in a few of the other greens. However, we'd definitely come back and play here again at this price. I would not pay full weekend prices to play with the conditions of these greens though.

Love the lay out. The greens could be improved a little but not bad at all. The cart path can be a bit of a back breaker with all the broken concrete but I’m assuming they’re in the process of fixing it. Overall a great experience that we’ll be sure to repeat.

Had read not so great reviews and almost didn't give it a try. Glad I didn't listen to them. Yes, the greens in some cases needed some work, but come on...not bad at all. And they are all being replaced in June. Overall I thought the course was in good shape and was a very enjoyable experience playing. I will definitely be back when in town.

There were a couple of greens that needed a little work, but nothing that was an issue. And the greens are all being replaced in June. Overall, course in excellent shape. And the unique design was challenging and made you make shots. Was extremely enjoyable and will be playing there again when in town.

I do not understand why a course with such a great layout cannot be taken care of. Greens are just horrible, just horrible. Please find a superintendent that understand how to take care of a golf course. I would play here all the time if you could putt.

AWESOME layout obviously! Only complaint I have is the the greens are in rough shape! Fairways and tee boxes were in great condition!

Tour 18 is a bit of a haul to get to but once you are inside the community, you feel like you are in a different place.

With COVID-19 precautions in affect, you are forced to walk which is not a big deal, our foursome always walks but just know this course has tons of hills and some distances between the green to the next tee are LONG (did I say hilly?). Make sure you bring plenty of water as there isn't a way to purchase any at the course. Our phones registered just shy of 20K steps which equates to 7-8 miles.
