Tour 18 Dallas

This course used to be amazing about 10 years ago. But I have to say they are working on revamping it and the greens are great. Fairways need a little work but the layout is awesome. Island green Tpc hole at #9 is always fun. This course will always be fun for me and amen corner replicas on last three holes is always a treat.

Poor pace of play. 5 hrs 15 minutes for 16 holes. Had to leave at that point. The price was fair for the course condition and amenities.

I have played Tour 18 multiple times, but I have not been there in a few years. The course condition now is terrible. The fairways have significant areas that are diseased and dead. The bunkers are not usable. You can see the drainage and rock bottoms of the bunkers. There is virtually no sand in them. The greens were slow and not in good condition. It was very disappointing.

For the money, stay away. The whole course is in terrible shape. I don't mind paying extra to play at a nice course, but this course is in such bad shape. How could you charge $80 plus with this bad of shape? From tee to green. It's hard to believe that they are still operating.

The condition of the golf course is in bad shape. From the tee box to the greens. This course could be really nice if it was taken care of, but right now, it's way overpriced for what you get. Tee boxes are uneven and a lot of dead bald spots and needs to be mowed. Fairways have a lot of dead bald spots. Bunkers are in terrible shape. The bunkers are just a big mud hole with rocks in them. The greens are rolling ok, but there are a lot of dead grass on the greens as well.

They have laid 5 acres of new sod across the course. Greens were in good shape. It needs a lot of mowing after all this rain we have gotten lately. Tee to green on almost every hole needs mowing. The sand traps were un-playable from all the rain. Some of the traps had standing water in them.

Greens were in pretty good shape but fairways and tees were terrible. Sand traps unplayable due to recent rains but no attempt to correct. Not worth the green fees.

Played on a Sunday afternoon and got a hot deal rate. Had not played since the greens were redone. With all the rain lately is was still pretty wet in the fairways and rough. Greens are very good shape and actually pretty firm considering all the moisture. The bunkers were basically all ground under repair and most of them had water in them so a drainage issue exists. I lost a ball in one because the water was so deep could not find it. Fairways are mostly in good shape with a but there are some that are still a little patchy in spots. Fun layout and challenging for sure.

Had a good time, even though we got rained out. The course is improving every time I have been there. Staff is great.

Beautiful, unique, and challenging. Greens are perfect. Fairways were wet and a little patchy but still good, as they’re currently being regrown. Wish the carts were newer, but no big deal. Just bring a speaker if you like music in the background. Overall 10/10. Hole 16 is an Augusta National hole which was cool to get a par on.

There was a lot of rain a few days before, however some of the course you could tell was neglected before. Greens were in good condition still a great experience.

Course has 18 amazing hole layouts. These layouts are all but negated by remarkably, maybe even deliberately, poor maintenance. Cart paths are crumbling, poor drainage is throughout, golf carts seem on the verge of breaking down.

The club is in desperate need of recapitalization and new ownership. Could easily be a club worth $200+ per round but, for now, might be worth the cost of gas and time.

Just never in the shape it should be. Disappointing

Despite the amount of rain we have had over the past few weeks, it was disappointing to find that sand bunkers were not being kept up, many areas were not mowed, appeared that dirt/debris removed from a fairway had been dumped between the cart path and house fence lines, and then the number of large dead spots in what should have been fairway areas was high. Cart paths need repair as well. Moving from the front nine to the back nine produced a huge back up as players would just decide to come start on the back nine rather than wait for their turn on #1. While we were waiting to tee off (2- 3 groups in front of us backed up at #10), there were at least 2 groups who came up behind us who weren't originally in the pairing behind us. Need a marshal to keep that from happening. Again, very disappointing.

Had a good day at the course. It was wet of course, but the staff have it getting back in good shape.
