White Red course
great day fun course. The course is in great shape. Recommend it.
Nice course.
Nice course, consistent greens. Many blind shots so it'd be helpful playing with someone that's familiar with the course. Very friendly staff on site.
expensive twilight
Enjoy the course but not worth the premium price. Twilight golf has gone from $35 to almost $50. They are pricing themselves out of business within our group of golfers.
Fall golf
It was last day course was open so good to get out in mid November!
Great Value
Staff were extremely friendly and course was okay due to the hot summer we had with very little rain. I would play again.
Great course
Course was a fun round, enjoyed the multiple dog legs. Tougher in tight to most greens as the rough is heavy, aim for the bunkers if you're going to miss short >>>lol
Slow play & slow greens
A tournament started mid afternoon with no Marshalls on course which made for loud, obnoxious behaviour heard across the entire course and slowed play to a crawl. I've played the course many times and rarely seen the greens so slow at this point in the season. It has been a dry, hot summer so perhaps that is the reason for not cutting the greens and speeding them up but I play other courses in the area whose greens are much faster and in great shape.
good value - good course
despite very warm weather the fairways were green and the greens were soft , and the hot deal made it a great value .
Foxwoods has gone to the Dogs
I was a member here years ago when Gus Maue owned the course and the family ran things! Since that time ownership has changed and it is now a Golf North course and they have let it go to the Dogs. Some of the tee boxes are like upside down saucers and the greens were slow and slower. Obviously the greens have not been rolled in a long while and the ball bounces along off the putter. Fairways were OK but as a whole no where like what existed when the Maue's were involved.
Some greens were damaged and it looked like some one had arbitrarily rolled the aeration machine on parts of three or four of them. The pro shop was sparse and the welcome was lett than friendly or enthusiastic. The entire friendly feel that had existed has been eliminated. The family feeling is no longer there.
We're sorry to hear your round wasn't up to par. We hope you will come back and give Foxwood another chance to change your mind!

Played the same day as you greens were awesome lush. Fwys. We are in a severe drought with 1.5 inches of rain in last 14 weeks. And under these circumstances I thought it looked and played great
I would play it again!
Great time all though weather wasn't great. Friendly Staff and we had a great time.
Great greens for hot dry summer
There are places where 2 of the 3 nines cross, so watch for the signs if playing for the 1st time.
It has been a hot dry summer so far, but the greens look better than many TV tournaments.
Good Value
Course is in good shape, to bad people don't take the time to repair their divots or rake the sand traps
Quiet. Peaceful feeling
Overall Good to excellent conditions. Green speed medium to fast. Tree lined. Fairways and ponds. With wildlife
average at best
couse was very dry
slow play
tournament wasn't mentioned
1960
Mo Norman played out of this course . 27 holes. Tree lined with elevation changes
We are so glad you enjoyed your round. Thank you for recommending Foxwood! Also, really enjoying your short game strategy :)
