Use to be a nice course. Going down hill. Weeds everywhere. Bunkers unplayable. Greens okay. Overall very poor shape. Municipal courses in the area are much better value.
other than the weather .. the second time around was better
This is my second time playing here since last year. In the past the greens were rolling bit on a slow side, but this time around it was rolling faster & smoother, too. Only thing I would like to see this course improve are the Bunkers. The bunkers are muddy and have many rocks in it. Hope the golf course proprietor/management invest some money and improves the qualities of all the bunkers.
Looking forward to going back again and keep up the good work!
Good layout and value
We played on a very windy day with few playing. The layout is interesting with some well protected greens. The greens are in very good condition for this time of the year, fairway is good condition mostly, but the rough is very spotty and bare at places. Some holes have significant drainage issues that make muddy playing unfair. The bunkers are mostly in poor or unplayable condition, but there are a couple of holes that got recent renovated / top off with new sand. The staff is friendly, and facility is in good condition. Overall a good value for a round of golf.

Good course to play after a night of rain
Decided to play here remembering the course drains pretty well. Some fairways were a bit wet and several bunkers were flooded, but greens were fine and still relatively fast.
Richland review 11/11/21
The course has it's challenges. On the day we played the pin placements were extremely difficult. A couple holes had incorrect flag colors indicating front, middle or back. We liked the course and staff was great. While it was late in the year the conditions of the bunkers were unacceptable. Most had little to no sand and the sand was construction quality no white sand you would expect at a golf course. I have played Richland (3) times this year and I must say that they have some sort of sewage leak in the men's bathroom. The odor is drifting into the bar area, if this is left unresolved it will be a bigger issue.
Richland Golf Course
Great layout, scenic and in great shape. Greens were super fast. Pace of play was above average. Played in November, and was a little cold and windy. Can’t wait to come back in the spring, summer, and early fall. Kudos!
