Lake Park Golf Course - Executive Course

This is a great little course to practice your short game. Definitely beginners here.

If you are a beginner do not play here. They will kick you off the course if you are not playing a par or below game. We were playing best ball with a 2 over par rule and we were playing too slow. I feel like this was more of a minority issue that anything else. They offered us a refund but refused at the office due to a third party booking that they confidently waited until the officed are closed to issue refund. When asking for a manager or a print out of the policies, they were unable to provide any usable information and eventually offered the corporate number, which again was unhelpful.

Overall the course was poorly maintained, lots of divits and poorly maintained fairways, compared to other par 3 courses in the area. We will continue to golf at texas back 9.

great course to play with little time in the day and to hone in on your short game. friendly staff and easy check in. highly recommend!

I love the Executive 9 they always have great tee time specials and is lit if you want to play twilight rounds to avoid the heat. That being said I do have a few gripes I would love to see improved out there.

For starters all the tee markers are missing so you literally have no idea what box to play from and what your yardage is unless you are using a range finder so it’s not totally accurate if you are trying to track a scoring round there. Second the greens are is super rough shape. They are not being properly taken care of and people who play this course don’t repair their divots or ball marks on the greens. They are full of dead spots and ball marks making them not fun to play on. 2 of the greens half of them you are putting through dirt the dead spots are so bad. I have not seen a single cart with sand in the fillers to remedy any of the potential problems so that’s already a big red flag.

Overall I’ll continue to play there for their deals on tee times but due to conditions I won’t pay their full price.

Had a tee time for 12:30, when time came for our tee time there were still 5 groups ahead of us. It was a 3 and a half hour play time for a 9 hole course. GolfNow will not refund and neither will the course. Will not be booking through GolfNow anymore.

Have taken my grandson twice since he just started playing.

Really enjoyed my time at this course and the grass was very well kept. Greens could’ve been a tiny bit better but overall I really liked it and seriously do plan on coming back here.

This 9 hole course has eight par 3s and one par 4. I play red most of times, and I play blue If I want to hit more driver shots. Good coursei for the beginners around this area.
