Stewart Peninsula Golf Course
About
Stewart Peninsula offers a nine-hole golf course along Lake Lewisville with dual greens on every hole. On the first round, you'll play from the red tees to the red flags, and on the back you'll go yellow to yellow. After a straightforward opening hole where the only real problem is a pesky fairway bunker, nos. 2 and 3 start a trend of interesting holes. No. 2 offers completely different looks from each set of tees. The right side pin placement presents problems because of the lake, and the left flag rests close to greenside mounding that will send balls bounding afar. Misses here should find the bunkers, as the recovery is not all that difficult from the sand. Stewart Peninsula's third hole is probably the signature, and a 250-yard drive will put you in prime position to go at the multi-tiered green. Avoid missing back right, as the up-and-down is especially difficult from that side.

Golfer Reviews
9 holes x 2
you effectively play the same 9 holes twice, not a really 18 hole golf course.. unfortunate, very scenic, but just not a real 18 hole course
Fun and Challenging as always
Layout and elevations make it slightly challenging. Water isn't as hard to play around as it may seem. Fun as always!
Un-expectations
I thought this might just be some novelty 9 hole track on water. But it was so much more. Tight, technical, there are teo greens which make it difficult and obviously the water hazards. But overall it was not as easy as I expected. And it was nicer than i expected. Huge plus… golf carts were not restricted.
Will 100% be playing again.
Only 9 holes and only play if you’re a scratch golfer
The course is a 9 hole golf course with 2 sets of Tee Boxes and 2 sets of greens for each hole so they say it’s “18” holes but it’s not. You play the same 9 holes twice.
It’s got heavy water on both sides of almost every fairway, all the fairways are super narrow, and when there’s not water on either side, there’s water throughout the fairway.
Not bc it rained or something but just because it’s designed that way.
Tons of wind constantly.
Only play here if you’re an absolute golf legend and are okay with those conditions.
Super hard course. And not 18 holes.
Great for 9 or 18
Rey creative way to turn an 9 fairway course into an 18 hole layout. Awesome staff.
Fun Course to play!
This course was challenging and fun. The lady in the pro shop was very friendly and helpful. An added bonus, the owners were in property and stopped to welcome us & thank us for choosing their course to play.
Not on Par
The shop was old and outdated, staff was friendly. The course itself needed some maintenance. While trying to tee off the landscaper was behind trying to cut the grass.
Had the course to myself!
Due to chance of rain and cart path only there were few golfers at the course. Lucky me. The rain held off and I was able to play 18 holes in less than 3 hours. It was very enjoyable. The lady checking me in was friendly but one of the greens keepers kept eye balling me to make sure I did not drive the cart on the course. The course only has 9 holes, so to play 18 you go around twice at different tee boxes. Beautiful views of Lake Lewisville,
