Relatively unmaintained muni course.
Likely in better condition if you play it in the spring but mid summer it’s burning the fairways. Greens relatively preserved but slow and heavy tall grass. Now lines and hundreds of unrepaired ball marks per green. Player Rawls the day before - should have played it again.

Only thing I would cite is no ball washers. Covids over. Please bring back the ball washers.

Great course for the price.
For a municipal course, this is a great course. Also nice having two options between Canyon and Creek side. Be aware, Creek doesn’t wrap back around to the clubhouse after the front 9.
During the weekends this course is blown out, but if you book a tee time on a week day during a slow time it’s a very nice course for $30. Just don’t walk in expecting Rawls level amenities.

Meadowbrook Review
Fairways are a little rough in spots but the greens were pretty decent. I think for the cost of the tee time you are getting your money’s worth, but really didn’t mind since the staff were great and the pace of play was outstanding. Would definitely recommend if you are just trying to get in a cheap, quick round.

GREAT VALUE
It's a really good value. It was a little over watered but I think that was probably due to some rain in the last few days which we don't get much of in most cases. Playing by myself I had a little trouble getting around a very slow duo but eventually got there. Greens are tricky as they are very small but in pretty good shape. Overall nice day at the links.
