Pinnacle Golf Club

Played the Pinnacle Golf course yesterday and had lunch in the restaurant. The course is in fantastic shape, and the greens are unbelievably smooth. I will say I had the best hamburger I have ever had at a golf course, and one if the best I have had anywhere. What a great experience overall! Will be bringing my friends back soon, and will be joining this club.

The Staff was very friendly and the course was the best ive ever seen it. I also liked the new carts. I noticed their were two bev cart girls which was a change of pace from other courses. Great service Pinnacle.

In general the Pinnacle is an all around great place. The course is challenging and fun, with a lot of holes requiring you to work the ball. They just put in new greens, so the course is in great shape. The proximity to Cedar Creek Reservoir gives some extra character and nice views driving around. Food at the club house is very good and the staff is great. Tim Lawson is an excellent instructor as well!

I always enjoy getting to go play at The Pinnacle and highly recommend it.

The stories go that there was a young couple, back in the day, roaming the roads from Dallas to and through East Texas. They would take from the rich and give back to the poor. As the story goes they would run Hwy 80 into a thriving cotton town at the time, Terrell. They would run from Terrell to Kaufman to Cedar Creek area Gun Barrel City where they refreshed and loved to call home. So the old timers always said that the law tried to track them and the treasures of their heists. Well there is one gym in their beloved stomp grounds that I have found that the law, thankfully never did. The Pennacle Golf Club! This my friends is a true East Texas treasure, now sporting some of the finest greens in Texas! Hats off to the staff and member / residents!! You are some of the most friendly and inviting people anywhere! Your golf is simply amazing!!!

Well groomed greens and fairways. Lots of nice trees and challenging course. Fun staff and good burger at the clubhouse.

New greens at Pinnacle has really taken this place to the next level. Amazing staff and course puts this right up there with the best!

The course recently opened with Brand New Champion Greens. Greens are rolling perfect.

I've played this course many times over the last 4 years, and I've never seen the course I'm this good of shape. Best I've seen it!

The course and staff are amazing! The entire course is excellent, you can tell the staff take pride in it. And of course the new greens are perfect. New carts and great food at great prices. Couldn’t ask for anything better!!

I have played this course a few times since the new greens opened and the new greens are great. The layout of Pinnacle is awesome, never get tired of playing it. The staff, from pro shop, marshals and restaurant are friendly and helpful. A must play!

Exceptional experience with brand new course greens! I've played here before and this is the best conditions the course has been in. Additionally, the services personnel are very friendly and readily available. I look forward to playing again!

Heard about the complete new greens and was not disappointed. Absolutely amazing feel. Comfy club house, nice lunch. A great course to play.
