Falls Resort & Country Club, The

I love the Falls. Especially for the price I paid to play it from the golfnow website. It cost me $23 for a $75 course. Unbeleiveable!

Worth the drive from the hoston area. Holes where you have to chose your club selection wisely.

Greens were supposed to be very fast...not so. But the course was very challenging from the tips.

Very well maintained course. Very nice layout. Beautiful scenery with deer running around in several locations. Greens were smooth and very fast even though they had been punched a few weeks prior to my game.

As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted by smiling, helpful staff members. The course is very challenging, but also very relaxing because of its beauties and peacefulness.

This course has excellent practice facilities, great staff and wonderful and challenging layout. The course has elevation changes that reward good shots but penalize errant ones. This course is worth the drive to play!!!!

Had a great experience on the course which was in excellent shape, challenging, rewarding good shots, and penalizing poor choices and shots. Beautiful setting with all the water and trees. Staff was courteous, friendly, and caring. I have never been treated as well by any staff. I will be back again and again.

There people who still think golf is only for the rich, which seem to be everybody at the Falls golf resort. I have played better courses then this where everybody was equal, rich or poor, everybody got alone. I will still play this course, because it’s beautiful and it challenges my game.

The Falls is great test of golf no doubt. Elevations changes throughout the course make club selection tricky. The course is in great condition. Greens not as fast as they used to be, but very true. Bunkers are strategically placed to snag errant shots.
Better bring your "A" game if you want to test the Falls!

The course is not long (6765 yards from the tips) but has elevation changes and requires good course management off the tee and on the greens.

Gorgeous setting among tree lined fairways and beautiful cascading waterfalls.

Great practice and warm-up facility including Bunkers, chipping, range and putting green.

Beautiful golf course. Very challenging. Green are very fast and undulating. Length is not brutal, and the landing areas are generous. However a premium is put on hitting the correct sides of the fairway and keeping your ball below the pin on the greens. Deer and other wildlife abound and seen most often in the early morning and late afternoon. Very friendly and helpful staff and great practice facility.

I hadn't played this course in a year, and it is clear they have upgraded a few things. The carts are nicer and newer. They have cart boys attending to details, helping you load the cart. They have individual racks of driving range balls on the range, as opposed to getting a bucket from an old machine. The chipping area (which is a nice feature, most courses don't have one) also has pyramids of balls for practicing.

The Falls is a wonderful course, it just is not conveniently located. Played during a weekday and the course was empty. Beautiful layout, couple holes that restrict driver distance and have a tough second shot that cannot be made easier. Fun course, great value.

The Falls is a great course and the beauty of nature is everywhere. The natural wildlife is abundant...on the first tee box a few deer run across the fairway before we teed off. It is a treelined golf course that will test your golfing skills, but you will always look forward to going back for another round.
