Dufferin Glen Golf Club
About
Located in Orangeville, Dufferin Glen Golf Club is surrounded by rolling hills covered with mature trees. Though trees enclose the course, there is an interesting mix of wide-open holes and tighter, narrower ones. The undulating landscape provides plenty of tricky uneven lies as well as a few blind shots. Expansive rough areas frame most of the holes and there are some strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. There is also a water hazard that comes into play on the seventh hole. It is a golf course that will keep you on your toes and will reward accurate shots but it is player friendly enough to accommodate beginners and not overly punishing if you are slightly errant. In addition to being a golf club, Dufferin Glen also offers an academy and comprehensive practice facility.

Great but short course
This course is quite well maintained, very green everywhere - only complaint between tees and greens is it is all cut the same, the course needs some rough. Greens are a good size and in pristine condition. Played from the Golds to give the course some more length. Staff is VERY friendly.
Nice course for beginners
Course was in very good condition. Not too challenging which makes this a great course for beginners.
A lovely course to play
Large challenging greens and well maintained fairways. The course winds through a moderately hilly forest region. A very enjoyable short course that takes only 90 minutes (or less) to play ! Great staff that are very welcoming to each visitor.
I agree this course is a hidden gem!
I play a lot of golf and have been trying to get my wife into it. I want to play with her, but I don't want to play some expensive course that would intimidate her, or a cow pasture. This course is perfect, not too difficult for her, it is in great shape, the staff are super, it has a great practice facility and we both love it. She took lessons there as well and the first time we played she birdied the 2nd hole! I wish this course was around when my sons were learning. I will start my grandsons there in a few years.
This was ok but nothing to special
There was no saving booking through golf now and I would not do this again
Beautiful hidden Gem
This coarse is surprisingly really nice. Maybe it was just the day I was there, but the greens were gorgeous and the first cut on the fairway was in great shape.
Great shape
Great executive track with super friendly staff. Will be back many times this summer!
vert nice course for the novice or intermediate player.
staff are very nice and personable, looking forward to playing there again and also when they enlarge the course, layout of course is nice.
Excellent greeans
A challenging course for masters length. The gold tees make this one of the better courses in the area.
great, a little wet but thats mother nature
well maintained course, friendly staff. Greens were slow because of the rain, will definitely try the course again
This is resonable practice course
If you want quick practice short game, you should go here.
It is really reasonable golf course.
Just go and play, you can know.
not a terrible course...
Worth playing through golfnow for $15 if you live close by.
Otherwise this course is way over priced.
Its well maintained but super short. Keep your driver in your bag.
Great for a 9,
Great course to practice your short game, well maintained and friendly staff. Perfect for the golfer who enjoys the scenery and the challenge.
course has too short.
too short course.there is no par 5 course
let player knows only 9 hole..
but nice clean and friendly
Good starter course
I booked this cousre with a couple of buddies who were just learning and it is listed as a smaller course par 32 from the blues. We got a booking for 9 holes with cart for $19 which was great to get out on a Sunday morning for a quick round and we were offered a second nine for $13, it's like I was back in the 90's again. It is a new course which is still starting up. They have a driving range with buckets from $9 to $12 and a small putting green. They have a small office with basic drinks, no snack bar and no liquor licence also only two bathrooms. So there is reat oppertunity for them to inprove over the next few years. The course was in good condition with a simple layout.
Great value for money. Well maintained. Super friendly Staff
Dufferin is excellent value for money. Very well kept greens, fairways and bunkers. With established trees lining holes resembling a course much older than it actually is. For the longer hitter or lower handicapper, definitely take the back tees.
Super friendly staff and $13 for an extra 9 was an awesome find.
Surrounded by Trees
Beautiful fall setting. Looking forward to seeing what the 18 holes will look like as now it is only 9.
Well maintained course; fun to play.
We were very pleased with the course. Although it is only nine holes for now, it has quite a few challenges. The staff has been most helpful.
Great Golf In Orangeville
Challenging little course that beats all the other courses in town. Leave the driver at home. Course is in nice shape, owners are very friendly.
