About
Located in Orangeville, Dufferin Glen Golf Club is surrounded by rolling hills covered with mature trees. Though trees enclose the course, there is an interesting mix of wide-open holes and tighter, narrower ones. The undulating landscape provides plenty of tricky uneven lies as well as a few blind shots. Expansive rough areas frame most of the holes and there are some strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. There is also a water hazard that comes into play on the seventh hole. It is a golf course that will keep you on your toes and will reward accurate shots but it is player friendly enough to accommodate beginners and not overly punishing if you are slightly errant. In addition to being a golf club, Dufferin Glen also offers an academy and comprehensive practice facility.

Hidden Gem
Really impressed with this place! Finished in 1 hour as I was walking by myself and nobody in front of me. Also picked up a hot deal so it was a 16$ 9! Sand bunkers seemed like they had super fresh sand which speaks to the effort this place is putting in. You will not be disappointed!
Got there for our 11:10 am. Paid showed up at the first tee at 11 am. Showed starter the receipt and said we are the 11:10 am. He responded that we will have to wait there are 6 groups before us LOL. Crazy. We drove 45 minutes to this course and decide to leave given the unprofessional wait they operate. Getting the return from the owner Winston was easy and he didn’t seem to be phased by the event. Very disappointed. It seemed that they are more interested in pushing golfers thru than honour their allotted tee times.

A picturesque and enjoyable course! Rolling hills in a well treed area. You can get into difficulty trying to reach short par 4s.
