Dufferin Glen Golf Club

About
Located in Orangeville, Dufferin Glen Golf Club is surrounded by rolling hills covered with mature trees. Though trees enclose the course, there is an interesting mix of wide-open holes and tighter, narrower ones. The undulating landscape provides plenty of tricky uneven lies as well as a few blind shots. Expansive rough areas frame most of the holes and there are some strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. There is also a water hazard that comes into play on the seventh hole. It is a golf course that will keep you on your toes and will reward accurate shots but it is player friendly enough to accommodate beginners and not overly punishing if you are slightly errant. In addition to being a golf club, Dufferin Glen also offers an academy and comprehensive practice facility.

Reviews
This course is in pristine condition.
Staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Great experience all around.
The staff were friendly
The only problem was the people in front of us were really slow. I’m sure they were first time golfers cause they walked straight through the bunker to get their ball instead of around it. They drove the cart right up to the green.
We were patient due to everyone was new to the sport at one time.
Great greens
Golfnow.com rates are reasonable for this type of course.
In my opinion only: Golf carts are way too expensive.
heavy rain on 7 hole
rain ended our round on 7
very slow pace of play on 4 hole and that was strange.
it'sbetter to book it early in themorning
Great place for the price
All around great place to play for the price you pay.
Wish it was an 18.
Another early round
I’ve played here many times and never been disappointed. Even when it’s busy, the pace of play is generally good. The greens are medium speed, and the pin placements are fair. The course provides just the right amount of challenge to be rewarding, enjoyable and fun. If you play early like I do, you can get around nine holes in about an hour and 20 minutes, which is great. The price is right and I’d much rather play nine holes, than go to the range and hit a couple of buckets… And the price is fairly comparable.
Too expensive for the type of course
Fairly easy and good for non serious golfers but the price and especially for carts is way too expensive.
It's only 9 holes and paying that kind of money for a cart included is ridiculous.
But that is their business and if people want to pay it that too is their businesss
I only play there if I get a deal thru GOLFNOW.COM and would never pay their regular price.
Dufferin Glen a hidden very nice golf course
The 1st hole too challenging for most ladies my age due to distance you have to drive to not lose your ball. Easy fix....next time will hit from drop off circle. Overall a very nice course with great scenery. Not a large pro shop but nice patio at the back to enjoy a cold drink after your round. Will definitely play here again.
Good all round game
It’s a great course to play if you don’t have whole day to waste. Two of us were done 9 holes in 1&1/2 hours
In good shape
Fun course to play. Very well maintained.
Full practice area is added feature.
