About
Located in Orangeville, Dufferin Glen Golf Club is surrounded by rolling hills covered with mature trees. Though trees enclose the course, there is an interesting mix of wide-open holes and tighter, narrower ones. The undulating landscape provides plenty of tricky uneven lies as well as a few blind shots. Expansive rough areas frame most of the holes and there are some strategically placed bunkers to watch out for. There is also a water hazard that comes into play on the seventh hole. It is a golf course that will keep you on your toes and will reward accurate shots but it is player friendly enough to accommodate beginners and not overly punishing if you are slightly errant. In addition to being a golf club, Dufferin Glen also offers an academy and comprehensive practice facility.

Poor Staff Etiquette
A groundskeeper was using a leaf blower on the greens while we were putting for the first 4-5 holes. Sometimes he would stop but he kept his machine on, still making noise. Basically followed us as we played. Obviously, this made it difficult to putt and focus.
When I told the front desk about this, they were dismissive (they didn’t believe me) and didn’t seem to take it very seriously.
Quick- Excellent conditions and Not crowded!
Great course- I play hear a few times a month, they keep the course in great condition, the staff are friendly and helpful. Online Tee Time Booking is easy and quick. Course is in awesome shape and I’ll keep playing here for years to come!
This course is in pristine condition.
Staff are friendly, helpful and always smiling.
Great experience all around.
The staff were friendly
The only problem was the people in front of us were really slow. I’m sure they were first time golfers cause they walked straight through the bunker to get their ball instead of around it. They drove the cart right up to the green.
We were patient due to everyone was new to the sport at one time.
Great place for the price
All around great place to play for the price you pay.
Wish it was an 18.
Another early round
I’ve played here many times and never been disappointed. Even when it’s busy, the pace of play is generally good. The greens are medium speed, and the pin placements are fair. The course provides just the right amount of challenge to be rewarding, enjoyable and fun. If you play early like I do, you can get around nine holes in about an hour and 20 minutes, which is great. The price is right and I’d much rather play nine holes, than go to the range and hit a couple of buckets… And the price is fairly comparable.
