Some pin placements were ridiculous. If you didn’t make the putt it would roll back past you. I left 1 putt 6 inches short and it rolled back towards me and left me with a 15 foot putt. Additionally most greens were in bad shape. I’m hoping they get better in the next few weeks or that was the last time I played there.

They really let this course go. Most of the greens are just sand and a little poana. Fairways were just ok…not much grass either. For $75 there’s much better courses. Avoid this one until they completely renovate the greens.

The greens up until hole 13 are just about unplayable. No grass and covered in sand. Seems like they have just been completely neglected. Sad to see cause the layout is fun but won’t be back until the greens are playable again.

The worse greens I have ever played. No grass at all.

No ball washers. No water available on the course.

Disappointing experience and I don’t see how the greens can heal anytime soon.

Pros:

1) golf cart was nice

Cons:

1) 15 minutes late teeing off due to backlog at the first tee, no starter present

2) course conditions were horrible, particularly the greens, dirt and sand everywhere

3) pace of play was slow, almost a 5 hour round, no marshals' anywhere, on a Sunday

4) no beverage cart, on a Sunday

5) practice green also in bad shape

6) just not worth the money, so cannot recommend, too many other courses to choose from

Don't play here, find somewhere else.

The greens are nothing but dirt with small patchs of grass terrible not worth the 65 dollars I paid.

Greens were mostly ‘dirts’. Very little grass where the holes were cut.

the Greens need a lot of attention. There were maybe 2 or three greens that I would rate a 6 out of 10. Even the faiways are require a lot of work for this time of the year.

The course has a nice layout. Greens are terrible but it looks like they are trying to get them in shape. Lots of weeds throughout the course as well as around the greens. Lots of manual labor needed to make this course special. Lots of downed tree limbs and generally just bad routine maintenance. Driving range was really bad as well. The range balls were filthy and you had to hit off mats that were like concrete. A sizable injection of money could do wonders for this course.

Was here in mid-February and the greens were fine and now they have lost them again. Not sure how that happened so fast. Most of the greens are now dirt and mud and very bumpy. The fairways are all hardpan along with the tee boxes. Very disappointed because I thought they were back on track but not anymore.

This course has really gone downhill. I played here 6 weeks ago, and given that it was early spring, it was in decent shape then.

Range balls are filthy - don't they ever wash them?

Only 2 greens were actually GREEN - all others are just bare dirt with a few clumps of poa annua grass.

And the fairways are just as bad ... there are washed out areas all over the course.

No marshal on the course - our round was nearly 5 hours long.

No water on the course.

Mens' restroom in really nasty.

One good thing: Their sausage sandwich is to die for.

Save your money and your sanity - play elsewhere.

I know the management will respond with "Sorry for your experience; we'll try to do better" ... I've seen their responses elsewhere.

I drove 2hrs to play this course and was disappointed, and for the what they charge per person is NOT worth it. Tee boxes in bad shape , fairways we're not in good shape, and the greens were not really green . They more black . They ruled smooth and fast was the only positive. Will never go back

Consider an anthill. It’s almost like a pyramid. Now envision the flag at the top of the hill. If you don’t sink the put, it either rolls back to where you started or rolls off the backside. To make matters worse. The grass is almost nonexistent. So there is nothing to slow down the ball. Greens shouldn’t be easy. But, they should be fair.

GREENS ARE FAST. HILLS ARE CHALLENGING. ENJOYED THE ROUND
