Love the course, looking at becoming a member
First time playing, and so far I love it. The fair ways are great, but the greens could use some work. Depending on price and concessions we’ll see if this will be my first membership after graduating college!!!

Green on specan and plantation courses were filled with sand. It was like 6 months ago, and the condition only got worse!

Waste of money
The course is in horrendous condition, talked to a member and she said the course is for sale so they don’t spend any money on it. The only thing good was the bar tender he was very friendly and accommodating. I would never recommend this course to anyone.

Challenging
Challenging course layout that causes you to really think about your next shot. Only the greens were in poor shape on a few holes.

Making Progress
The fairways have come in nicely, but the greens are still horrible. Several of them have more dirt and sand than actual grass! These greens have been awful for several years now, not sure how the club members tolerate a course in this poor condition for that long?

End May outing at Pecan Grove CC
Overall value for money was reasonable, pace of play was slow but players do provide considerations. Couple of holes on plantation (holes 2 and 3) have very terrible greens. Overall experience was good though.

Good course, horrible greens
I brought my brother-in-law and dad here to play for a birthday round and the greens were absolutely horrible. I won't be back here unless I have verified that these have been fixed. There were giant patches of dead grass / dirt covered with sand on almost every green - very uneven and bumpy. Very disappointed when I finished each hole and the greens kept looking the same. I don't know how you can mess up almost all the greens! Too much money to pay for this. Love this little course, but not managing things properly.

Green really bad
The greens on the front nine have little to no grass on most of them. The back nine was better but I would not have played there if I had know

Overall course conditions is good for the price paid though some greens on plantation course will certainly benefit from improvement. Very friendly staff and good value for money. Thanks

Terrible Condition
PROS:
Staff is super nice and friendly.
CONS:
Everything else. Gas powered carts are super loud. Greens are mostly terrible and some are just unplayable. Weeds have taken over the rough. Fairways and tee boxes are hard as cement except for the areas where there are irrigation problems and those are flooded. There is no drinking water or beverage service on the course so prepare ahead.
This club is tired and worn out.

I’m sure I’ve played worse courses but can’t remember when.
PROS: Super friendly staff

Fairways and tee boxes are hard as cement except where there are irrigation problems and those areas are flooded. Rough has been completely taken over by weeds. Gas powered carts are very loud. No drinking water on the course or beverage service so be sure to plan ahead.
