Nice course, Needs Marshals
Kudos to Wayne in the Pro Shop, he was very nice and pleasant. My first time playing here. The course was in good condition. Lots of wet areas and roped off areas. Some of the greens were a little patchy, but still soft.
Here is the biggest issue. In the front 9, we played behind an older gentleman who had to get it off the cart and survey the lay of land with his feet spread apart and hands on his hips, every time he hit the dang ball. at the greens he had to crouch down and survey the greens and the surroundings bunkers, etc. Never saw him get the ball in the hole. We had to wait on every hole. Same thing on back 9, behind a group of 4 men who if I'm not mistaking were tipsy and just slow, back and forth across the fairways. The really need marshals to keep the pace moving. Tee time was 153, couldn't see too play the last 2 holes.
Best thing about the course I got a pair of Addias golf shoes on sale for $34.!!!

Slow slow slow
Pace of play was terrible, they have a starter but he does nothing. Very unfriendly to nonmembers. Greens slow as well. Will be waiting a long time if ever to play here again.

I’m quitting golf now
I didn’t play this course because I had a family emergency. They would not refund or at least allow me to play again. I will no longer use this application and I’ve spent a lot of money with them

When this is the case, no money is paid to the pro-shop so there is no money that is owed back from the course. You may have booked other course times through GolfNow and that is why you were able to obtain refunds in the past. If you call GolfNow, they would be happy to rectify the situation. I have personal issue day before and golf now will not let me cancel. I will cancel my account and never use them again. I’ve spent over a thousand with this business and I’m out

Floods easily
We played Pecan and Grove with another father/son familiar with the course which really helped. Course was cart path only due to recent rains and honestly, they should have waited to open. Conditions were miserably muddy and swampy. No water of ball washers available on the entire course.
On the good side, I missed a hole in one by 9 inches. Again. One of these decades!

Nice course w lots of shade
The course is well established with lots of trees on the perimeters to provide shade during the hot summer days. Friendly pro shop and cafe/bar. Always enjoy playing here.

Great everything except the greens.
Slowest greens I have ever played. Hard to adjust and cost me strokes on chipping and putting.
