Ok for the price
Course is not in the best condition. Some rough tee boxes, fairways, and greens. Driving Range is closed. Not sure why. Honestly, the club seems to be going down hill since I played it last year. If it wasn't for Golfnow, and the monthly $10 credit, I wouldn't pay to play there.
This course needs water and a superintendent badly.
I have played this course several times over the years and today was the worst golfing experience I’ve ever had. To be clear, staff, amenities are good, but the course is in absolutely horrendous condition. Fungus on every single green where grass is no longer growing making it impossible for there to ever be an actual true roll of the green, the, fairways are cracked from lack of water as nutrients, and you’re lucky if you can find grass even in the fairway. This is a private club too with dues paying members. If I was a member I would be irate at the course management for letting this track deteriorate so badly. The potential for this course to be nice is high. Unfortunately, the reality is that the condition right now is shameful.

Suggestion
On the cart path, it would have been nice to have signs at the fork that tells the golfer which way to go to. I think we went the wrong way on hole 9 to 10. Not exactly sure which hole it was but we went the wrong way.

Soggy
It's a good course for the most part. There were groups of 4 and 5 slowing down the play but we still finished under 4 hours. It doesn't drain well which makes it much and the greens are in horrible condition

Troublesome greens
The severe cold last month must’ve set the greens back quite a bit. They were bumpy and slow with balls rolling unpredictably.

First Time Last Time
I have been trying to play this course for a couple of years now. The only reason I didn't play it was the price, there was always a better rate near by. So finally, I got a Hot Deal from Golfnow. I was totally disappointed. The greens were in horrible condition and fairways were no better. Some, most greens with the exception of one, had little to no grass. I can't see how this course can charge five star prices for such an awful course.
One the other hand, the staff was incredible! From the Pro shop to the tee box, this staff was professional and just plan nice. The bar tender was just as nice. The food was amazing. I ordered a hot dog, best dog I have had in a long time. I started to drive out there the next day, not to play golf , but to order a couple of dogs!!! For what they change, don't think I'll ever be back, except for the hot dogs.

Great place to stop in for a game. Prices are really reasonable and convenient to get to. Just wish they offered a little earlier tee times for non members. But grateful that they let you play!

The worst shape of any course I have ever played
Hard to give a fair evaluation of the course as the condition was almost unplayable. Dirt and burnt out fairways, greens terrible, inconsistent.

Windy and Hard.
Greens were spotty and dry. Fairways were hard and dry, balls would roll a mile. Place could use a ton of water.
