Shocker, Shooters Hill is hilly
Great course, the greens were in excellent condition. I would recocommend a buggie, especially for hole 13, that hill was not fun to walk up. Although that won't stop me playing there again.
Michael Worley in the Pro shop is great. I was surprised to see he had some Happy Gilmore balls for anyone looking for those.
Not enough land
Really pretty track, just not enough land to truly make it challenging. Also feels like they just chucked some holes in because they didn’t have a choice. Could make this an elite 9 hole course with an elite par 3 course off to the side
It is a good golf course for the price.
The greens were in great condition, and the fairways were well-maintained, making for an enjoyable round. However, I was a bit concerned about player safety in a few spots where the holes were quite close together. I also wish the clubhouse restaurant menu had more diverse options for a proper meal. On a positive note, all the staff I met at Shooters Hill were friendly.
Shooters Hill
Pristine fairways and immaculate greens. A real gem , and very private.

Great course in perfect condition
Can’t recommend shooters Hill enough. Have been twice now and both times condition has been great. Course with lot of ups and downs which makes for an interesting round and lovely views of London.
Great course - challenging greens can punish you
Really good looking course. One that you’ll play differently the second time you play it. Tricky greens where we 3putted a few times. All in good nick and pace of play was fine. Played at 4pm and although we had to wait a bit, still finished in 3.40.
Club pro was friendly and helpful, as was John the Marshal.
Very undulating course where you need to be accurate, not long.
Loved it and will def be returning.

Really enjoyed the course which was in good shape and interestingly challenging. Good pace of play, really nice friendly club.
A shortish course but if you walk it won't feel like it! There is a lot of terrain, and very few holes on which you'll find a flat lie that isn't a green. That makes it a great challenge compared to most London courses and the upkeep of the course is excellent.
No trolleys
Muddiest course in the world and no trolleys available first time that’s happened to me in my life.
Lots of variety
As the name states, quite hilly and lots of challenging holes. Lovely views across London. Staff all very friendly.
