About
Puerto Cancun Golf Club has an ideal location nestled right in between Cancun's hotel zone and the downtown area. The course is a Tom Weiskopf design that allows the natural beauty of the tropical landscape to be the star. You're never too far from the water on this golf course, with several holes that play along the shoreline and the Marina. Almost every hole offers views of the sparkling blue waters of the Caribbean. Puerto Cancun Golf Club stretches to just over 7,200 yards from the back tees with holes that will test both your distance and your short game skills. The winding fairways demand accuracy and there are strategically placed traps along the greensides. The final hole is a memorable one with a green that is situated on an island in the main canal of Puerto Cancun.

An exciting challenge
Fantastic course in great condition , challenging off the tee from the black tees as the mangroves are only a few meters off the fairway on most of the holes make sure to bring plenty of balls . It was a Shame that the greens had been aerated recently but if anything it made the course play easier . The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming to an English speaker like myself . 10/10 would recommend and I hope to be back someday
Great time!
A must play before it goes fully private! A very fun layout, golf course was a great condition. He was great. We were the first teatime available to public after members only morning.
Lots of sand
Well maintained course with lots of water and large sand traps.
Puerto Cancun
The course was in great condition. My only issue was with golf now. They offered me a discount, I had to go and reset my password and when I finalized my transaction, the discount did not register.
The course is challenging and you have to be careful that you don't shank one onto the million dollar yacht close to the course.
Beautiful Day
The course was in pretty good shape minus a few of the greens. $280 for a round is well over what the course is worth to play but the GolfNow app offers a reasonable discount rate.

One of the most beautiful golf courses in the riviera maya.

Tough course but I love the layout.
I have played this course previously but did not realized how long it played. We did have windy and soft conditions so that may have contributed to the length. Some of the greens and fairways had bad spots but they seem to be working on fixing them. It could have been in better shape. The staff was super courteous and took care of us before and after the round. They have a nice driving range. They seem to be doing a lot of work on the facilities around the clubhouse.
Extremely Overpriced!
Decent course but I’ve played better for less than half the price. $280 a round is well beyond the price that this course warrants. You’d also think that for the price it would be all inclusive of food, booze, etc. but it’s not. The course was basically deserted so pace of play was no issue but I’d imagine that’s primarily due to the price. Staff was courteous. Food and beverage was average and also on the high side for prices. If you have money to burn give the course a whirl, if not, there are other options that are just as good and better for less $$$.
Rainy Friday..
Clubs were beat up, no hybrids in bag, would not even let you borrow one from TopGolf area. 3 sleeve balls (Noodle) $19..?? so over priced.., had to ask for towel(s), tees, scorecard on this very rainy day.. staff not friendly, welcoming... for the money you pay to play here.. think they would be happy your there.. they are not. Carts are old gas type, no GPS... well.. wont be back to play here again.
Vacation Golf
Always nice to experience a round on vacation. The course was damp due to rainy season but definitely a fun track with some challenges built in. The price point is fair for a vacation with a discount based on the hotel you are staying at. The course plays a good distance with some tight holes offset by some bomb-away tee boxes. I would play it again (we played it 2x on the trip).
Great Experience
Played this course after playing Riviera Cancun, and it's day and night difference - this is so much better.
Staff are friendly and flexible, and play pace is so much better. Driving range is close to the proshop.
Their Mango Ice Salad is the best thing for a hot summer round of golf. We ended up ordering two.
