Course is Improving
I’ve played here a bunch over the years, but last few years I’ve visited once/twice a year. I will say, the course conditions have improved quite a bit, kudos to the grounds crew. Greens are in great shape, fairways are good. Tee boxes are a bit hit or miss, the back tees are certainly better than the whites. We got rain the day and night prior, bunkers were rock hard, definitely try to avoid those. Course was better than expected, a great value for the area.

Going downhill
With the exception of the greens which were okay despite some light aeration, the course is in poor condition. The traps are horrible, there are ruts and bare areas everywhere, and other maintenance issues. They have let what used to be a decent golf course go downhill.

Good for beginners
Greens were in great shape. Tee boxes were horrendous. Got to the turn and they sent out a twosome in front of us. Kid was wearing flip flops and it appeared he was trying teach his girlfriend to play.
