Going downhill
With the exception of the greens which were okay despite some light aeration, the course is in poor condition. The traps are horrible, there are ruts and bare areas everywhere, and other maintenance issues. They have let what used to be a decent golf course go downhill.

Good for beginners
Greens were in great shape. Tee boxes were horrendous. Got to the turn and they sent out a twosome in front of us. Kid was wearing flip flops and it appeared he was trying teach his girlfriend to play.

The course was good. Everyone was friendly pace was no problem. The only problem was my play. I couldn’t. I couldn’t hit the ball worth nothing other than that. I had a good time.

Weekend Sloth Round
Course condition was fine, what you’d expect for the price. Decent grass, bunkers mostly playable. Pace of play was outrageous, like 5.5 hrs slow. Mix of golfers and extreme casuals (loud music, smoking, no shoes, no collared shirts, girlfriend in the cart taking celeb shots, can’t get off the tee but wait for greens to clear from 250 yds).
