White Clay Creek Country Club at Delaware Park is a challenging but playable layout that is well known amongst locals. At just over 7,000 yards, the golf course offers a fair amount of challenges. Water hazards come into play on most holes, demanding several difficult forced carries. There are also some spots on the course that can be quite narrow. The terrain is mostly flat but the layout provides enough diversity to appeal to both low and high handicappers. White Clay Creek has a strong reputation not only for the golf course but also for its various amenities, which give it the feel of a private club. Staff assists you with getting your clubs to and from your car and use of the driving range and chipping green are included in the reasonable fee.

Aeration
They aerated greens but didn’t hurt putting to much rest of course perfect scenic very tough but what a challenge Quiet
A Great Day at White Clay Creek GC - A Must Play
They had just aerated the greens but it didn’t matter - the layout is superb and hitting nice drives into the majestic fairways and approach shots to ideally placed greens was a great time. Normally the greens are championship caliber , played by professionals and collegiate golfers. There are deer , fox and geese fun to spot - I even saw a pair of fawns hopping over the high grass as mom watched . I would recommend you play this course, no matter what tees. The sprawling large creek makes you hit down correctly on the golf ball , no Florida run up hockey shots. The practice facility is top notch as well as the staff - always very helpful . The new owners are doing a wonderful job.

No waiting no rush
Mid day tee time; no one pushing us and no one in front of us. Pleasure playing at a relaxed pace Course was in great shape even the green that were just aerated were playable. Overall an enjoyable day.

Great course w high expectations fir its future
From getting a teatime, I wanted, at a reasonable rate, to the friendly staff and beautiful Course layout, White Clay Creek is definitely worth a visit. Although all the amenities are not up and running yet, the en Course options are great and when the Restaurant and Barr are open full-time. It will be even better. Looking forward to seeing continued to improvements to this wonderful course.
Very nice course - Plays slow
Too many holes where you can’t drive cart on the course which definitely slows play ALOT. Expect a 4hr and 45 min. round —-and we had 4 good players. I wouldn’t play this course with 2 players Will be waiting around too much. Also, this is NOT a course for walking, not even sure this is an option here
Good day out there
I played WCC on a Tuesday morning in July. I really like the course, but to be clear it is challenging, even if you move up a set of tees. We had a lot of rain last week and the course does not drain well. To protect it, just about every hole was cart path only. While I understand and support doing that, it made for an inefficient round, with inevitable guesswork as to yardages and a fair amount of back and forth for everyone to carts, particularly if you were not familiar with the course. Having said that, the pace of play was still good. I had fun. The greens fees are good value for what you get.

A classic Arthur Hills design. Beautifully maintained and challenging. Fun day on the course.
Great conditions
Despite the recent rain, the course was in excellent condition. This course is challenging yet fair. Very fun to play with diverse holes that challenge every level of golfer.
Nice course
Nice course, in good shape, great staff. If you're a bad golfer (like me), you will lose some balls with some of the forced carries. 😁

Great value, great conditions
So surprised at conditions for the greens fee. Greens were amazing, fast and true. Rough was thick and a challenge. Fairways great. Pace of play was almost 5 hours, which of course is too slow. Water in play on lots of holes. At $75 or less, senior get a discount I'd highly recommend this course.
