Azusa Greens Golf Course

I had promo codes so this round was virtually free minus transaction fee. First of all, it seems as though the course was jammed right into the heart of a residential neighborhood so it felt extremely cramped and narrow. The fact that the fairways were only 20 to 60 yards wide which is absolutely ridiculous, made it challenging although short. I found myself mostly driving irons and 3 metal off the tee. I only pulled the driver out 5 times. I admit that I am very long off the tee but crooked. The course was not in good shape and there were a lot of bare spots in the fairway and rough. Greens were bumpy as well. Pace of play was ok, finished in 4 hours. Staff was friendly. I would not recommend Azusa Greens however.

Course was a little rough in some spots but for the most part I found good grass to hit off. Every member of the staff I encountered were extremely friendly and helpful. Having not been there before they really took care to be sure I was able to find my way around the track. It’s not exactly straight forward but overall very challenging and fun

The rough and some areas just off the greens are in poor condition, and I don't think they ever get much better. The greens were ok, and the course is fun to play in spite of the marginal condition of some areas..

Love the pace of play always have a great time at the course

Staff is always friendly and helpful. Usually easy to get on the course. There is enough of a challenge on the course. Two of the par 3s are 200 yards, several very long par 4s and 1 interesting par 5 should keep you entertained.

Very slow pace with most players golfing in groups of 4. Paid for 18 left after 9 holes. Tried playing through but next holes had groups of 4 also playing very slow pace. Never going back.

Plain and simple, you get what you pay for.

Random people from the apartments smoking weed on course, to apartments people walking their dogs on the fairways.

I wouldn't rush to play this course.

If you do not have a straight shot, expect to lose a few balls, Great course otherwise

I played this course thinking that it was more like some of the courses in Palm Springs but it is. Is lined with trees on both sides. the greens are fairly good a little on the slow side. And the grass around the greens is very grippy so you have to hit a crisp Chip Shot to get your ball to the flag. there was construction going on all over the place which made the place not look beautiful. I played in 90 degree Heat so that contributes to my negative visit there. Further, after my round I sat in the Clubhouse waiting on the one waitress to serve me a beer after 15 minutes I left. the starter was good he was cool. I'm not going back.

Rude staff. If you're not a regular player there, they treat you like garbage. Don't know why they're so snotty when the course is so bad. You could be on the fairway and be hitting off dirt, dead grass or long weeds. Charging $35 on the weekends, which would be a pretty good deal, but because of the course and the staff they still can't get people to come. Bartenders are cool though.
