Lake Arbor Golf Course is a scenic 18-hole course that is open to the public. The course is 5,865 yards at its longest tees. The course features lush, medium-sized greens and narrow fairways. Pretty creeks and ponds create water hazards that come into play on some holes. The classic layout is easily walked and provides picturesque views at the same time. Experienced and beginning golfers alike get enjoyment from Lake Arbor Golf Course. The most difficult hole is the par-5 10th hole that covers 483 yards. Its difficulty stems from the fact that it requires an approach shot past a water hazard.

A nice local course

Decided to try Lake Arbor for the Hot Deal on Golfnow.com. It was a nice local course for an inexpensive round at the right price. Parking was in short supply so had to park on the street (no big deal). A few of the holes have houses/apartments very close to the fairway. Thankfully we didn't break any windows. I might play here again during the week for a practice round some time.

Easy Links in Arvada

This course was a typical link course, I assumed it would a traditional executive course, but I was pleasantly surprised by the multiple par 5's present here. I would recommend this course due to the golfing you can get at such a low price.

Nice course at a great price

This is a nice course that is fun to play. It could use some more trees and distinctive landscaping, sometimes it feels like your hitting on a baseball field. Overall though it's a great value, close to where I live and satisfies your "golf fix" for the week. Certainly better than going to the range or hitting on a simulator. I'll probably be playing this course many more times over the coming years.

Short "Senior" Course

Bombers need not apply. All holes are reachable and the par 5s are all reachable 500 yards or so. I hit driver on the par 5s and long irons on everything else.

The course wraps around housing, so accuracy is key. As a city course, it has can have a laid back feel. Seemingly every time I play the course, I find foursomes with senior players or beginners.

All in all, a short, cheap course that is normally well maintained. The clubhouse and the driving range are in serious need of help, but the course is normally in good shape.
