Meadows Golf Club
About
Located in the Southwest Metro area, the golf course at the Meadows Golf Club has a links-style layout that provides a challenging and fun game for all golfers. The trio of Bradford Benz, J. Michael Poellot, and Richard Phelps designed this municipal, 18-hole course. It is just over 7,000 yards and plays to a par of 72. The course is situated against the foothills of the Rockies, providing nice views along the course. The risk-and-reward layout of the course features water hazards and bunkers. Meadows Golf Club's signature hole is the par-3, 8th hole, which require a shot over water to a well-bunkered and extremely sloped green.

Great course
Had a great time, the course was well maintained and beautiful scenery. There are some very fun holes to play, hitting over rough and water.
The only thing that was frustrating is the road work being done on Simms and the detour is not laid out very well. So plan a little extra time to get to the golf course, you will need to go Coal Mine to Ward rd. not Simms to Ward Rd. Otherwise I can't wait to go play here again.
Good challenge for all players.
This couse is in relatively good shape. Greens could be improved. Pace of play was about four hours. If high handicapper play the white tees and have fun.
Great Memorial Day Round
Played in under 4:45 hours which these days is expected. It has been several years but always enjoy the opportunity to play this course. Some of the fairways were thin from the winter but the greens were in great shape. However, the weather was awesome which made it a perfect day.
Course of Last Resort
My father-in-law was in town and really wanted to play. Deer Creek was the only course that had tee times available at the last minute - but they always do. Too many gimmick holes, too penalizing for even a slightly mis-hit ball. While I don't expect to get away with completely shanking a shot, when are two yards long on a green approach, it should not be a lost ball on every other whole. As my father-in-law said (who is a very good golfer) "the course designer must have been grumpy". The greens were also extremely fuzzy. It was almost impossible to get the ball close to the whole from more than 15 feet away. If you can place every shot exactly where you want it, you're fine on Deer Creek. If you are an upper 80s to mid 90s golfer, be prepared to take your lumps.
Great course, my fault for playing on. Weekend
I have played this course a lot, but not I guess on a weekend. It played slow on the front, but faster on the back. Great course, just don't really enjoy rounds longer than 4 hours.
Very Slow play
The play was so slow....it took just over 5 hours. When the course marshal came by and I asked him what the issue was he said "it was the men's club and there is nothing that can be done" I asked if "just because you are in the men's club, that gives you the right to play INCREDIBLY slow"??? And the marshal relied "yes it does" . I will never go back and will not recommend to friends.
Great course
Very nice course. They take pride in maintaining the fairways and greens. You will lose balls as it is a target rich course. Best course in Littleton!
Nice
Overall was a positive experience. The greens over the first few holes were a little slow and sandy but they improved after that. Only real negative thing I have to say is that a five-some was let out right in front of my group and many were walking so it was pretty slow to start but like any good golfer, I had a beer and relaxed. Course was in good condition for early in the season. The back nine was more challenging than the front nine, in my opinion. I would play here again.
Early Season
Course was in good shape for early Denver Season. Staff was very courteous and helpful, as I was one of the first to use Golf Now at this course. All worked out favorably for me.
Well maintained course, very fun.
This course is very exciting for a course that is not too expensive. Every hole is a new adventure and requires golfers to think of the many different ways they can play the hole. There's never a boring part of the course, every hole is fun and exciting in its own way. The course can be difficult the first couple of times you play it, but after a while you learn all the short cuts and how to make the course much easier than it really is.
