Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills - Blue Course

About
The Blue Course is one of four public courses offered at the Greg Mastriona Golf Courses at Hyland Hills. Located in the city of Westminster, the Blue Course is a nine-hole, par-37 course that offers over 3,200 yards of golf. The nine holes of the course originally served as the front nine for another course on the premises, the Gold Course. Now, it stands alone as a regulation length nine-hole course and the Gold Course is a separate 18-hole course at the facility. Hyland Hills offers picturesque mountain views as well as finely manicured courses. Golf Digest even rated Hyland Hills' courses as part of Colorado's top 20 golf courses.

Cut the rough and speed up play
9 holes on the Blue course took 2:50. The rough had not been cut in a long time. Losing balls that were just a few feet into the rough from fairway roll . No player assistant on course. GPS kept saying we were behind yet we had to wait on every shot all morning long.Rediculous system that does not recognize entire course is backed up. Hyland Hills has a reputation for slow play and proved it. I highly recommend you do a much better job of grooming the course. it will speed up play.
Great course!
Absolutely everything was great! Also, we always meet new people to play with. It’s just an amazing experience.
Too long
Course is way too long
Need to move Red Tees up 50 yds
Impossible to par the par 5s
Will try to avoid playing Blue
Sunday church
Always love the Blue on Sunday morning, rough was kinda rough but I shouldn’t have spent so much time there 🤛🏼 my bad. Good time was had by all 🤙🏼
New carts slower than a walking pace
The new carts are nice with the gps map and new features. The gps fencing sucks when there is a lightning storm and the Marshall is yelling to get cover. They are so slow I decided to end up walking and leave my buddy with the cart.
