can't beat the value for this course any where
This course for the price is unbelievable. Most of the time you can walk up and get right out without a tee time. The greens are in great shape some fairways need a little help and some fairways are in excellent condition. Round was quick no waiting
or backup on any holes.
Good mix of long and ahort Par 4's. Greens in excellent condition.
Enjoyable round of golf. Greens and Tees in excellent shape
( we played from the Blues). Staff was friendly + helpful, good 19th hole.. Fairways were spotty at times.
It's to wide open it could You some more fairway bunkers to make it more
It was good for the money but several fairways need a lot more attention
OK course probably not worth the price
Aside from the course being OK, the lady at the desk did not honor the Golf Now discounted prices so you still had to pay the full price. Not ideal.
the $10 special W/cart
Having played the "Wheel" (RED course) numerous times in years past I knew what to expect... Holes 1,9,10, & 18 were going to be the obstacles... and they were as they are being re-seeded. But the greens ran true, quick, no blotches.. and the bunkers were just fine, too. AND the last minute w/cart special of $10... terrific! Will I return? yes... even without a $10 special.
Interesting Course, Poor Conditions
Some of the holes, especially 10-12 on the Red Course, seemed to be in especially poor condition. Large portions of the fairways seemed to be swampy or muddy, making a good drive even seem unplayable. Most of the holes were fairly straight forward with the biggest challenges being the large hills that comprised many holes. A bit more care in the low/swampy areas could go a long way to improving the conditions
Intimidating first hole
Red course is a good track for mid-to-high handicappers except for the first and last holes, which have extreme elevation changes (downhill first, then uphill) that make for blind shots. Don't be intimidated by the first hole. It gets much easier from there -- except for the last hole.
good for a change. Good value, only decent conditions

black course
my first time out on the black course this year! enjoyed it as usual, conditions were very nice, very helpful staff....i will be back.
Not too bad
Not bad for so late in the season. The red course is usually worse than the black, but not on the day I played there. I have played there many, many times, and I would have to say, that this was the best condition that I have seen the red course in a long time.
