First but not the last…
Amazing course conditions this early in the season. I can only assume they will get better. The greens are in amazing shape and what makes this relatively short course very challenging. The greens are insulating and multi-tier making approach shot and putting tricky. The staff is amazing and the price reasonable. I highly recommend this hidden gem. If you play anywhere in Rhode Island you have to check out this place.
Sparrow round
From the opening par 4 to the dramatic finishing hole, Southshore Golf Club is a great tract to play. Dramatic elevations highlight the par 3 third hole, and the hole #9 tee boxes, making both challenging for players of all handicaps. The course weaves between the homes, but your tee shot is never in jeopardy of hitting one.
Five sets of tees make it a fun 9, and a cool replay for the back nine.
