GREAT Muni Course for Price
For what you are paying for, it s a great value. I have been to other courses in the area that charge more but are in lesser shape than this course,
I’m not giving this course 5 stars because it’s the highest quality course in the area, but for a public municipal course, it’s a solid price without feeling like you are being gouged, not something I can say about other courses in the immediate or extended area….
Course in decent condition. Tee boxes need a lot of work. For the money it was a good deal

Return visit to Delcastle
Recommend sand/seed bottles on carts so players might be tempted to repair divots. Fairways are rough enough with the bare ground!
Staff,especially the chief cook/bottle washer and waitress, were very accommodating.

After a very dry spring the tee boxes, fairways and greens are in good shape. Greens are fast and make up for the wide open course.
Delcastle is always a good course for the money.

Poorly maintained course
With weeds in the bunkers, fairways that are more like the rough and the rough that is so badly groomed I’m not sure why you’d ever want to play here for the price. I’d rather go to Clayton park. The greens were SLOW. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Horrible conditions
Super overpriced, greens and fairways were harder than rock, bunkers were full of weeds, rough was super thin. Don’t waste your time or money here. Greens were super slow.

For the money, it’s worth it.
For the money, it’s worth it. Different types of shots and lengths and elevation changes on some holes. Nice area, easy access to main roads.
It’s public, the maintenance isn’t perfect but it’s good enough and fun.
