About
White Pines Golf Club is ideally situated for both locals and visitors with a convenient location that is just 30 minutes from downtown Chicago and only 10 minutes from O'Hare International Airport. The club has two 18-hole courses, the East and the West. The East is the shorter and more player friendly of the two at 6,371 yards from the back tees. The fairways are seemingly narrow but there is some room for recovery if you have an errant shot. There aren't as many bunkers or water as on the West Course, but there is enough to provide a fun round. In addition to 36 holes of golf, White Pines G.C. also offers the Golf Dome, one of the world's largest indoor golf facilities. It features five target greens surrounded by bunkers, 50 hitting tees on two levels, and six suspended hitting targets for practicing your accuracy.

golfing saturday
Two negatives. Slow play by group ahead of us that was allowed as no rangers in site until I called the clubhouse. It got much better after that but it should have been handled sooner and not taken a call by me.
#2, only saw cart girl once and when we did she was in the middle of the fairway blocking our lay up shots to a par 5. Better on course management needed at this course.
We apologize for the pace of play issue you experienced. We always try to keep a great pace when having our golfers on the course. Good course for the money
Solid course. Playing from black tees gets you 6300+yards. Good layout. Back 9 on east course is challenging with a lot of water hazards. Hard to beat for $45 with a cart.

Great for a round at a reasonable price
The layout is tree lined parkland and pretty decent. It is a muni course, so not staying on the fairways can result in some bad lies and it is not perfect. But unless you are a near perfect golfer or can spend any amount on a round, maybe go play The Preserve in the area for a better experience

Solid course
Played here twice so far this year. Very well priced and course in good shape. Only down side is driving range not open but that’s not a very big deal for me. Staff very polite.
